  2. I have been wanting to try ribbit frogs, they work good for buzzing?
  3. Your going to get 100 different answers from people about favorites, best thing to do is buy the ones you want and try them, I recently cause my biggest bass on a lure I had over a year and never used, they all work, just gotta use them. But to answer you question my favorites are crankbaits and poppers, and recently chatterbaits. Good luck on your trip.
  4. Nice truck, love dodge, miss my old truck now.
  5. I glued a zerust shelf liner in mine, holds everything in place and protects the hooks. Available at Lowe's for tool boxes, not sure if Home Depot has them.
  6. I'v only lost soft plastics to the bottom so far, but my wife has a bad habit of losing her favorite crappie lure, a strike king bitsy minnow, replaced it 6 times, so that makes it a total of about $18 on that lure so far.
  7. Storm kickin slab, swam on its side
  8. I have, there better then some of my name brand cranks, I prefer them over others.
  9. Welcome to the forums.
  10. I never though of that, I'll see if I can find some old ones in bulk, thanks.
  11. Congrats, nice fish.
  12. Some nice fish there, looks like a good trip to me, I'm happy if I catch one.
  13. Are the lure blanks on the tackle making sites worth a try if I wanted to paint my own poppers or could someone recommend a site with good blanks to paint, the prices seem so cheap I didn't know if they were any good.

  16. mostly pop r's. I have a few with bent hooks, there so inexpensive I usually just buy another but I'd like to replace all there hooks now since I can't find the colors in stores here.
  17. A hybrid kayak like Nucanoe Frontier 12 has a width of 41.
  18. I have never replaced a dressed treble, but it's getting close to time and I was wondering if dressed trebles make the difference on the back or regular trebles just as good? Will it affect action and performance? And if so what material is best?
  19. My wife asked me if I wanted to go to Gander Mountain, I said yes, she was joking, I wasn't. So I got on *** and ordered some poppers and hooks in been needing, and some sale items I didn't need, bad thing is I placed an order yesterday for some things I needed, and didn't need. Lol always end up with more then I intend on getting.
  20. Yes it is, I'm on a budget so I find what I can, the lightning shock and Mitchell 300pro is the most i spent so far.
  21. I recently posted about soft plastics not being in my confidence baits, well I was wrong, now they are. I lost a few to the bottom but then Texas rigged a worm and got a nice one, thanks for all the suggestions, now I can put my stock pile of plastics to use. 20 inches, and I still haven't got a new scale, I have a feeling if I buy a scale I'll never get another good one lol.
  22. Do they? I don't shop at bps
  23. I'v already done that, the only thing left is the line, my rods with cheap line don't twist and knot during a cast like this Berkley big game does to me. I'v even tried line conditioner on it
  24. I have been using Berkley big game for a year and the line twists occasionally surprise me and tie me in a knot during a cast, thinking about switching to a copolymer but not sure yet, it's for my spinning gear, is Yo Zuri hybrid good?
