Airplane crash in Poland (funny)
Poland's worst air disaster occurred this evening when a small two-seater Cessna crashed into a cemetery early this morning. Polish search and rescue workers have recovered 826 bodies so far, and expect that the number will climb as the digging continues into the night. ;D

anyone every fished from one of these?
Yep....gotta Classic by Cimmaron see avatar...cost me 200 bucks and it works like a charm...I have rod holders built for it, have a trolling motor and a eagle fishfinder on it... Like some said you dont want it where there are gators but here in the northeast its GREAT....don't listen to the haters....they haven't tried it Float tubing and pontooning are becoming more and more prevalent across the country

Zellmander was the pick of the day
Headed out to my favorite pond yesterday. The weather has certainly inmproved to say the least and the fish are moving shallower. Was nice to see some Perch. Bluegill & Crappie in the shallows as well & even had a few chase after my offerings. I had great luck last year in the spring with a Carolina rig so i rigged one up on my spinning rod and had a jig on one baitcaster and crankbait on the other baitcaster. Started out with the crankbait and had nothin, switched to the jig and got nothing as well. Time to bring out the C rig... Rigged it with a Zellmander and I had about a 3 1/2' leader when I started but only got a cpl hits. I decided that my leader was to long so I shortened up to about 24" and the fun began. There was a point when I was getting a bass on every cast, good times Here are some pics Here is a nice Smallie I got last Friday on my 3rd cast with a white Strike King Spinnerbait with a Fluke rigged on...I had 4 Largemouth hooked up as well but they forgot how to hang on apparently and lost them all at the bank

A terrible wake up call
Terribly sorry to hear Dirk....our thoughts are with you and your family during this time
-
You really don't need mega $ to catch bass.
These threads lately are kinda like the old discussion about ridin a Harley or a Jap bike...what I always said was "It doesn't matter what you ride, it matters what I ride, just as long as you ride" or "15 miles and 15 grand don't make you a biker" Just get out there and fish no matter what equipment you have!!!
