Any top ranked teams going to go down?
Hawaii got a pretty good shot at taken down Boise. Utah, LSU, are other top ranked teams with chances of going down.

CAM NEWTON
Their school don't get money, only the athletic department does. Athletic department takes in money from the venue and pays for their athletes' scholarships, stadiums, uniforms, etc. The academic side of the school doesn't receive a dime from ticket sales. Unless I missed something.

One of my tent is a two man tent, I used it for fishing and mountain biking trips. It weights 6 pounds though, the one I'm looking at is smaller and weights 3 pounds, barely.

I guess I'll bite the bullet on 20 degree bag for now. I just need find the smallest one I can pack into my bag. I'll keep my eye on several tents on few websites and local stores that hold sales. Mahoney's outfitter here in Johnson City has some good gears. Look like I'm buying the Pocket Rocket. Usually I have camping gears for mountain biking and fishing trips, but I'm wanting to upgrade few gears for some backcountry camping. Definitely need non-stick cookware, sleep pad, and that's about it...

This is odd...
31 U.S.C is the designated US code section for Tax Regulations and Administration of The U.S. Treasury Departments Operations. A close review of 31 U.S.C will disclose that the Internal Revenue Service, a Private Corporation, is not shown as a division, bureau or any part of the U.S. Treasury Department. All of this can be looked up at firstgov.com. 31 U.S.C chapter 3 does not list the IRS as an agency or any part of the Treasury Department. 31 U.S.C subtitle VI section 9101 does not show the IRS as a Government Owned Corporation under "Government Corporations". 31 U.S.C subtitle I Chapter 9 section 901 does not list the IRS as an authorized agency. I am not going to go into this any farther on the forum. If anyone wants to know more or debate the issue you can pm me. The IRS is a bureau of the Department of the Treasury http://www.irs.gov/irs/article/0,,id=98141,00.html Who cares. South Park is on.

I think I have to stick to synthetic. Pretty sure I'm allergic to down. ;D I look at the tent you have and Overstock.com has it on sale for $100. The one man tent for same model is $88. I'm trying to convert to ultralight backpacking in spring through fall. My biggest weight would be clothes since I have to prepare for every weather at higher elevation. At the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, they have shelter sites that 3/4 enclosed. I thought about hiking LeConte in winter or late winter when it still snowy and just carry a tarp to tarp off the 1/4 that open in case the wind blows in wrong direction. You can't pitch a tent on LeConte at 6,500 feet. Apparently. :

Anybody into backpacking? I'm looking upgrade few gears. Mainly tent, sleeping bag, and a stove. I'm considering one man Eureka Zeus 1 tent. I'm still open for sleeping bag, I wanted a 0 degree rated bag for winter backpacking, however, I think this bag would be too hot for late spring and summer trips. You guys carry a 4 seasons sleeping bag? Or you have different bags for different seasons? The stove, I'm torn between Primus Express and MSR Pocket Rocket. The primus comes with piezo ignition system, but I read some reviews stating it can fail sometimes, and it just seems like a gimmick when I'll be carrying matches or a bic lighter at all time. Probably get MSR since it's cheaper.

California voters
You guys disappointed me yesterday in regard to Prop 19. lol. ;D I don't know a whole lot about the bill, but what was it that turned people off from legalizing it? I was wondering if since some people buy it anyway for medical purpose, they had no incentive to vote on it for recreational purpose which in theory would have drove price up some more... Your thoughts on the issue?
- Did you vote today?

This is odd...
Uh, why would they be? The IRS is the government and people sue them all the time and often win.

This is odd...
Does anybody else find it odd that Google is suing the U.S. government for not properly exploring their options when it comes to bidding for email contracts? Either Google is afraid of competition or they just feel like suing the U.S. government for the heck of it. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704141104575588641430182832.html?mod=WSJ_hp_MIDDLETopStories#articleTabs%3Darticle

How Tequila Works
For college students it's high class, lol. I figured you would comment on that Redline. Any fifth of liquor that cost 20 bucks or less is high class. ;D Maybe when I graduate I can purchase a bottle of Patron. ;D

Miami "All-Star" Heat 0-1
You're right because there are only 82 games in a season. ;D Well darn. Either way nobody goes undefeated in NBA. It just don't happen. ;D To be fair, Lebron marketing skills were literally given to him. When he was in high school, media hyped him because of his play making ability and once he got an agent the rest was a done deal. If you get on cover of Sport Illustrates at 16, you don't need a college level marketing class, just sit by the phone somebody going to call you. P.S. Marketing isn't that hard to figure out. To be fair. ;D

Tornado Watch
We had class canceled on Monday due to power outage. I had no power for few hours. Beats an ordinary day. ;D I live next to a train track and with tornado warning, I don't know if it a tornado rumbling or train.....

Of all sports...
I played golf quite a few time. My brother lived on a golf course last year and was a member of the course so I played a lot there. Never could keep my game under 95. ;D I mean, don't get me wrong, golfing is funny with the right people and all, but it just isn't for me in the long run. Outside of fishing, backcountry camping and mountain biking will suffice. P.S. I once got a cart stuck in the mud. Oops. ;D

NOTRE DAME
Maybe it has to do with its standing with catholic religion? There a christian college not far from here that has a consistent football program, but I know people that go to school there and drop out because of amount of church related activity they have to do. I don't know if Notre Dame is the same way. I think there are a lot of athletes that could get into higher standard schools like Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, etc but why would you go schools like those when you can go to other schools with less standards and then botch for NFL after your third year. They only have the determination to play football not both school and football.

Its that time of year again...

Ever been to Vegas?
Anyone that been to a nightclub in Vegas, would you say it cheaper buy a bottle than keep buying drinks? I mean some of them lets you buy the whole bottle, right?

Ever been to Vegas?
Does that exists? I mean other than shows, clubs, restaurants, hotels, marriage chapels and casinos what else is there in Vegas Shows and clubs. I probably just walk in acting like a high roller and see if I can get a suite comp or something. ;D This trip is going to destroy my bank account....

Ever been to Vegas?
My friend and I are planning a trip to Las Vegas in May. I think we're staying or planning to stay at the Luxor. Any shows, nightclubs, etc we should check out on our visit? I don't really want to gamble a lot just maybe one or two games of poker/blackjack, but I like see rest of Vegas outside of the Casino. Maybe if I got the time a short drive to Lake Mead might be fun.
