i have bought loads and loads of stuff got ripped off 1 time for $202 dollars [but ebay is paying $162 of it back] bought a terrimantor spinner bait for $5 when i got it it was a 99 cent spinnerbait from walmart i think i have about 70 things bought from ebay

your list is pretty accurate my brother and i fish everyweekend together and i would have to say he beats me 75% of the time but since i have upgraded to high end stuff i have been kickin his butt i think out of the last 20 trips i won 15 so yes i think high end catches u more fish i dont know if its better equiment or knowing u paid alot more it seems to be working for me

shimano compere is what i would advise i had 1 there are a excellent rod and there carry a lifetime warrenty buy the rod once and ull have it forever or tell they change there warrenty

well if i read ur post right u all ready bought a baitcast reel and hate it i dont know what advice to give id hate to say buy this reel and u hate that 1 2 i own 3 shimanos 2 mg's and a curado all awesome reels but they start at about 160 and go up to around 250 so i would say get the quantuim 500cx around 50 maybe alittle more its a great reel pratice with it and if u like it or get it down then u can move on to the more pricey stuff

flechero i do use braid but thought using bigger heavier lures wouldnt work well with my mg so want to ruin it but using it for something it wasnt made to use it for i have thrown 3\8 oz and 1\2 oz spinnerbaits with it but seems to feel like i am over working the reel but if u say it will handle it i belive u aaron the g blank rod i got is pretty sweet im having a few problems with it though i went from using a 6 foot rod to 6'10" and it feels like a tank funny thing is it weighs the same as my 6 foot imx rod just the extra 10 inchs is what i need to get used to been talking with the guy that makes them might send mine back and get the mh he thinks it will help here is his email if u want to talk to him Lgmitch58@cs.com he is a stand up guy bending over backwards to make me happy i may have found my reel Team Daiwa- Z 100 M Baitcaster used for 225 but says on a scale 1-10 10 being new this 1 is a 9+ what do u guys think should i or pass

i bought a g blanks 6'10" heavy action fast tip rod i want to get a new reel to put on it heres my problem i own a shimano chronarch mg 50 love the reel i also own a chronarch ch100bpv sweet reel but its a tank since i bought my mg it gets used the most because its so darn light both reels are super smooth i think the bpv is a little smoother but the weight drives me crazy i plan on using my g blank rod for top water frogs and other big lures that my mg dont work that great for i have narrowed my choices to these few diawa ventio diawa fiego shimano curdo 100d or the new deep spool 1 team diawa advantage supertuned citica 100d if u noticed all these reels are in the 7oz range last but not least could i buy a mg50 and have to modified use bigger lures any help would be great

i was using a 4" junebug tube had 3 bites in 2 1\2 hours my brother was using a black and red jig with a yellow trailor he also got a few bites it was real windy gusts up to 23 mph so we didnt stay out to long

i used to have a 6foot compre with the extra fast tip it was outstanding love that rod it worked great for what ever i used it for jigs plastics crankbaits there isnt much that rod cant do

ok heres the thing i bought a pixie reel off ebay and sent the guy a money order he got the money order cashed it sent me a email sayin the shipped the reel and shipping could take from 3 days to 14 well its been 11 days so i emailed him though ebay when i got up this morning i had a message from ebay saying they canceled his account but they wont help me get my money or reel there only advice is if payed bye palpal to contact them if payed bye credit card to cancel purchase i talked to the company i got the money order from they said to print out this thing fill it out send it to them with $12 dollars and they will send me the cashed money order then i can go after him my question is what else can i do and will it do any good i only asked this because i know theres alot of people that do business on the internet and have had things happen like this and would like some ideas on what to do if anything

heres my options shimano diawa pinnacle abu garcia mitchell reels can get some pretty decent for around 40-100$ rods st.criox shimano diawa all star all can be found under 100$ for line i would go with power pro braid 40lb. it has a diam of i think 10 lb test which should work great on most any spinin reel unles u buy a real small 1 the braid will help with u losing fish its super strong
