You should go. Good reasons have already been stated; better pay, more alternatives, it'll make you more hire-able, etc... One thing I would suggest though is to try a community college for a few semesters and see what you think. They often have cheaper courses and if you work hard, you can transfer into 4 year colleges with a lot of credits and having spent less money. (But make sure you go to a CC from which you can transfer credits to 4-year schools, some 4 year schools don't accept credits from certain, less respected CCs)

Any evidence right now is circumstantial. If there was any REAL evidence we wouldn't even be talking about this. You can't ignore a person's accomplishments without hard evidence, no matter how much you think you "know" he is guilty. Imagined if our courts worked that way, presumed guilty until proven innocent? However, as Muddy said, I think it is very easy to see "which way the wind blows" and I think it is highly likely that Bonds has and/or does use steroids just from the relationships he has and the size he has gained. But I'm not sure I can really write him off yet without the real evidence. My gut feeling isn't enough for me in this case. Besides, A-Rod is going to pass Bonds in our lifetime anyway (Lord willing).

I fish a small pond loaded with carp and an "OK" number of bass. I often see the bass swimming around with the carp, as in, virtually touching. Normally those are smaller bass, but still, I catch a good number of bass very close to large numbers of carp. I would say that they don't interfere with each other, although, I have noticed that carp do not always locate to areas with bass, that is, carp will occupy areas that bass will not so don't automatically think that if there are carp in an area that there will be bass as well.

I think the "window of opportunity" concept makes a lot of sense. I'm not sure if geographical location causes the fish's willingness to bite to change, but if it does, the smaller window of opportunity concept seems to make the most sense. I wish we could study bass more conclusively to find some more concrete answers to all the questions we have. There are so many factors that makes it so difficult to really know much at all about the fish.

the other day I saw carp doing the same thing but they were also jumping out of the water like sharks as if somethign was chasing them.

I sometimes use the hooks with the lead molded to the hook up near the line tie.

I'm not gonna lie, it hurts, but it's nothing that would make you quit. Normally you won't mind it too bad, sometimes it can be like stubbing your toe. But don't get hit at close range, you can get some monster welts and even bleeding if you get shot at close range.

I dunno, they are pretty dumb in my lake. I've only had one occasion when they wouldn't eat my bait. And they aren't small, I've caught 10lbers from there before and most of the carp I catch are at least 6lbs.

I think carp aren't popular because they don't eat as large of a variety of lures. The bass industry has a lot more opportunity for profit so that's what the companies endorse and make popular. Also, they aren't as fun because they are easier to hook. You can pretty much throw out some bait, let it sit there and catch a carp. There's no analyzing conditions or presentations, locations, etc...It's less of a challenge to hook them. They sure are fun though.

I'm 'Skins fan too and although I hope they do something constructive with their pick, it might not happen. Dan Snyder is an idiot.
