Someone needs to invent a way to get the phone out of 10 (probably closer to 20 now) feet of water easily without going in after it.

There no worse than any other student section. It's more their proximity to the court and their smarter than your average student section. They also actually have planned taunts and script sheets layed out before games and study opposing teams to be as effective as possible. That is why they seem so much worse, they work at it. Yeah, that type of stuff used to embarrass me at my school. They glorify it. Gotta go with your strengths. Bet you never would have guessed that they are the originators of the "airball" chant.

DITO Was going back through old threads on a local sports forum I am on and finding and bringing back all the DUKE hate threads posts on there. Had plenty of their so overrated it's ridiculous posts. Best part the two biggest haters on there, one is a UNC fan and the other attends and works with VT's basketball team.

How can you call yourself a DUKE fan and say that????? As a DUKE fan I hope they never win another game ever. And they will have a banner to hang it will say 2010 NIT runner-up. Yep they do have a great history. It's even better now that they had their worst season ever in the same year DUKE took the ACC title lead and Coach K tied Smith for most final four appearances.

Don't you have two boats that you could bring and lend to helping remedy the imbalance of boater/non-boater. You want Glenn and Keri to travel from Washington State to Alabama pulling boats. That would be one long ride. ;D Like I said before, I'll know if I can make it for sure in a couple weeks. If I go down I'll be pulling the Fish & Ski down so I have room for 3 people and myself to sit comfortable. You don't think this was based on true events and had footage from an actual event that happened do you??? As far as the film goes I am glad I watched it free online and didn't waste anything other than time at work on a slow winter day. Had to be one of the dumbest things I have ever seen.

Nascar doesn't provide anything on the cars except a carb/restrictor plate at Daytona and Talladega and shocks at other tracks. The cars are all either built in house or the chasis and bodies are bought from other teams. All engines/components are either built in house or bought from teams that manufacture every part of the engine except for the block which has to be a stock Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota. once a team buys or builds a chasis and body they take it in the shop and tweak it to what they want and think works best. As I stated in the other thread having worked with the MM team they got a car in there a few years ago before the body change from another team that Eric was going to be driving for to put the powertrain in. This car was bought from DEI and was a superspeedway car and they got to looking at it and the car they were building in house for superspeedways wasn't even close to the car that DEI was building. As far as the cheating goes I wouldn't really classify it as cheating. They work in the "gray" area of the rules where there really isn't a rule. Knaus is the best at reading the rule book and working around what it says and still not be actually breaking any rules. And Jimmy Johnson is a pure race driver, I have never been a big fan of him but I know pure driving ability and talent when I see it. I need to correct myself from the Danica thread here since I can't do it there, it wasn't Jimmy Johnson Jr. it was Jimmy Spencer Jr's. crew in the Hooters series.

Anybody who's followed NASCAR would start with Derek Cope and go from there. Name one Derrick Cope win that was classified as a fuel mileage race. I'm not real sure I would start or inject Derrike Cope into any kind of driver talent discussion. Having been around the sport since I was 10 when Morgan-McClure Chevrolet started in the sport and my dad worked there and worked with the team on the pit crew. And later working with Jimmy Johnson Jr.'s and Eric McClure's pit crews myself and being a Nascar weekly series official for 5 years. I will put my ability to judge driver talent against anyone on here.

You can't compare actual driver talent in IRL by finishes when the car and crew chief are 95% of the equation with everything being computer controlled and the ability to make changes on the fly especially at Indy where the crew chief can reset the car on the straight to go around each curve perfectly. I will give you she is a slightly above average PILOT in Indy but she has yet to prove anything as a race car DRIVER.
