I have my materials for replacing my guide on my old rod. I now have a new question. I only bought one small package of rod finish. From doing some more reading I see that everybody mentions 2 coats of rod finish. Can I put on one thick coat and be OK or is there anyway to keep my finish once I mix it up? I really don't want to order another packet of finish just for this.

Patrick Willis grew up about 15 minutes from my house. I like them for that reason. Their defense is solid and Frank Gore is a hoss. They could definitely compete this year.

No. Alabama is a pretty balanced offense. Julio Jones is a freak of nature. McElroy isn't a terrible quarterback. I agree with whoever said their young defense will be their downfall before I would believe the offense.

Well Richardson had 751 yards and 8 tds last year as the Heisman's backup. He also rushed for 109 yards and two tds in the National Championship game. Pretty good stats for a second string running back in his freshman season playing behind the Heisman winner. I wouldn't worry a whole lot if he was starting for me now. Just saying.

I have helped the Triton staff during their Owner's tournament a few times. One morning, one of the Triton employees started making fun of a man who was trying to get help from the Triton guys that week with setting up his boat. The old man said his boat ran great up until around 66-67 mph then it would chine walk. The Triton guy said we adjusted his jack plate but he's just going to have to learn how to drive it! He then laughed about it. IMO, if I, or anyone else, pays 40K+ for a boat, that is something that shouldn't be expected. And for an employee to acknowledge the problem and then blame the problem on the old man, that's just crappy.

That's possible man Speed. Here in TN Dove Hunting is a huge thing. In some places it's like a combination of a keg party/back-yard bbq/skeet shoot. I know of a few shoots in my county that normally have around 20 people.

As a Titans fan all I'm really asking for is not another 59-0 defeat. I don't think CJ will get 2k yards. It's clear to every other team in the NFL and every arm chair quarterback that he is what the offense is based around. Key on him for 20+ carries a game and they should be able to limit him. That being said, Vince Young is looking better and Nate Washington showed that he might be the receiver they signed him to be last year. There is a lot of young talent on the team so I'm optimistic. I think the Ravens will have a great year. There defense will stay stout and they have added a lot of weapons offensively. The Texans I think will be a surprise team this season as well. I predict Arian Foster will be the Offensive Rookie of the Year. Regardless, I'm excited!

I think you're a little crazy to pick Miss St over Auburn. I don't see that happening. Alabama over Penn St. Even without Ingram, they still have a great back in Richardson. I think Miami @ Ohio St will be a great game. I'm torn. I think the Canes can win but since it's at Ohio State and at night that gives the home team a big advantage. As for Florida, I wouldn't count them out yet. They still are a top recruiting school with lots of talent. Any time you have trouble getting the ball from center to the QB 10+ times you're going to have a bad game. If they can't get that fixed then they won't survive the SEC schedule. Tennessee. While I'm a huge UT fan, the 50-0 win over my school UTM didn't really impress me. The first quarter of that game wasn't very comforting. Oregon's offense looks very explosive and I'm not sure the fairly young UT defense will have enough. I have hope though!

Chavez's defense is schemed to not allow for big plays. That means though that you can throw the ball for 10-15 yards a pop all day long. He's a dumb a** and I'm glad he's in Death Valley and not Rocky Top ;D

True Dan, but if going on a plane or short trips I think many would rather take one iPad then a netbook, notebook, and virtual book thingy.

Even though my generation is supposed to be big technology gurus, I refuse to buy any of the options. I'll stick with my good printed books. There's just something about the paper on the fingertips. I think if I ever did lose my love for printed literature I would go for the iPad. Why buy one of the others when you can have access to all the extras Apple offers.

I really like the 4" Chigger Craw. I can't say the same for the crazy legs version. I haven't had as much luck with it. I use Black/Red and Green Pumpkin for pitching, flipping, and jigs.
