  1. I don't know why everybody got mad. I mean the kid's dad gave him permission to do it :
  2. If you developed it and had the capacity to make it why did you need the blessings of another company to produce it? And if they already had it in development why would they let someone else put out the same thing and take money out of their pockets. I believe I will do as Avalonjohn44 and make my own with a little mend-it, if I ever have the desire to fish with something that swims like Lt. Dan. Lt. Dan had no legs. This thing technically has 4 so your assessment makes no sense.
  3. Doesn't taste the same
  4. You sent me that video you made on spooling braid onto a Zebco 33.
  5. Pm Dan. He has done pretty extensive research on different braid brands. He'll be able to answer your questions about most brands.
  6. I think it's pretty similar to this...
  7. Looks like a harmless corn snake to me
  8. All of this is true, however the TN River chain he usually does very well. I thought for sure he would've had a better showing at Pickwick.
  9. For $115 you can get the Daiwa S Crank Rods. They are very nice crankbait rods for the money.
  10. Oh theres gotta be a story behind this one... Actually, no. Not really.
  11. I broke me femur also and had some staples. I think I had six at my hip and 4 above my knee. I don't remember them hurting and I actually got to take some out at the doctors office which was kind of cool.

Our pal does love the franzia
  13. A 17' ft Lowe aluminum fishing boat. I'm still fishing out of it 4 years later.
  14. for punching grass, I have found that using baits with a compact profile are the best. I don't like using baits with lots of appendages because I feel they catch on the grass on the way down. I like using 4" Berkley Chigger Craws as well as beaver baits.
  15. After talking to tin, i'm gonna try some cavitrons this year. He has some old ones that he wouldn't let go of for anything.

That first one looks like a killer I love your splatter baits Marty
  17. I like to start with cranks first. I like to bang the crank on the outside first. If they don't come out to see who's there then I'll just throw in. Either finesse it through the wood or bump and pause it through depending on their mood. If that fails, I try a jig.

My favorite time is in the summer. I like to fish them deep on a carolina rig on river ledges, around humps and points and any other main lake structure really.
  19. Berkley Cross-lok snaps have worked great for me. I have yet to have one fail in over 2 years of using them.
  20. Come on Sam, I thought you'd show a little more love to two former SEC qbs. Russel has never had a good core around him. No line which doesn't help him or the run game. I still don't think he has what it takes to be an NFL qb though. Campbell I think could be a decent qb. But like Matt said, a different offense every year. Not the best o-line. He's had way too much pressure on him since he got started. I still don't think the Raiders offense will flourish though. He has a decent rb to take some pressure off, but without much of a line it will still be hard. Also, not sure Campbell will have receivers. Heyward-Bay can run but has bad hands. Not sure about this Jacoby kid. Defense should be good though!
  21. I really like what your Raiders are doing today. Another receiver with the fastest 40 time looks like they're addressing qb though getting Jason Campbell.
  22. I'll have to try that also, the ending was funny the first time but after everyone else started becoming just bleeps it got old. I'm glad Scott Tennermen made his return. That made the episode ;D
