MALTESE FALCON

I've been using the Luck "E" Strike Bass Magic, and Strike King Shadilicious with fantastic results. I rig them on a 3/8 oz, 7/0 Stanley Swimbait/Frog hook. I also add a treble hook to the shank of the main hook for extra hooking success. I fish them with a slow to medium, steady retrieve...............nothing fancy, but very productive. Falcon

I've never used Owner hooks of any kind, so I can't make any comparisons. As roadwarrior said, VMC's come on Lucky Craft and X-Raps, and I've never had a problem with the hooks being sharp out of the package or, staying sharp after use. I have used the VMC EWG hooks, and I'm not a fan of them. Falcon

As far as I'm concerned, to be a good sales associate, you need product knowlege. I've been to Dick's, Gander Mountain, and BPS, and when I ask about where I can find a particular bait, all I get is a blank stare. Falcon
