I'll agree, Abu Garcia is top-notch when it comes to service. In 25 years of using Abu Garcia reels, I only needed service once. Last year I had a problem with my D5. I sent it out on Monday evening and Friday afternoon UPS delivered it, no-charge, even though it was past warranty. Falcon
