ardent the way to go cause you can dial the weight in which is a nice feature

i wouldnt bother spending money on a gl2 or gl3 or mossyback.. If you want to buy a loomis get urself a imx or glx trust me theres other rods out their for under 200 better then loomis s .. now if u dont have the moneyfor an imx or glx then go with a powell or shimano crucial

was wondering if anyone has the bucoos and fished with them they look sweet for 110 bucks or so .. if anyone has one let me know what u think and compair it to any other rods you all may have..i falcon make good products but i want to know only the bucoo series.. thanks all

Ill tell ya what i bought a carrot gold stick and its my second fav rod after my imx and glx.. imo the gold stck is more sensitive then my st croix ltb rod bar far .. and yes i like the color and id buy another one any day my only complaint is the guides do seem cheesy :'( i guess time will tell if the hold up to braid :-?

Iv always was a loomis fan so i went out and bought a ltb sweeper rod and what a mistake 1st of all my crucial was better and more sensative id use the sweeper for spinnerbaits and could barly feel the blades turning all and jigging by imx and glx s blow it away,i know for 235 bucks theres better rods.I sold mine and would never by a croixs again. I get yourself a loomis and be done with it ;D

imo id get a loomis imx i had a croix lt sweeper spinnerbait rod and to be honest my shimano crucial for around 70 bucks cheaper is better imo.. with the same line and reel i felt the blades turning better on the crucial then the lt sweeper.. but id go loomis over both ;D

awsome looing reel but i hope the us version has some more bling bling to it... man if i could only design the reel colors.. picture a black reel with a nice blue spool, blue handle blue cast knob i could go on and on but its nice to dream :

yes the frame is the same exact size only difference is the spool on the 3000 holds more line
