I too have quite a few black max,s id never let um go so easy to use and DURABLE!!! The Black Max's will definitely stay in the rotation! Which is why I decided to stay with Abu and purchase the Revo's! The bait monkey has hit my wallet hard this year and it is only the beginning of April!

I own a few Abu Black Max 3600's (and one 5600) and decided to upgrade after 7 years. I love the Shimano spinning reels but I decided to stick with Abu's (since my Black Max's provided years of dependable service) on my baitcasters. I purchased 3 Revo SX's and love them!

If you don't go... then you will never know! There are days where you think the fishing will suck and it ends up being the best day you could imagine! I would rather fish all day and not catch fish than work! (but that doesn't pay the bills )
