I love my supreme 2500 for everything finesse. The supreme Xt looks like a very nice reel also.

Are the spinning reels pflueger supreme, supreme xt, and patriarch?

The lews lfs speed spool can't be beat for $80. I haven't fished either rod however the Hell bent rods feel like nice rods for the money

My favorite ways to rig them are on a swim jig or a keel weighted swimbait hook

I don't really think it matters in this situation. On a moving bait that is white the bass are thinking its a bait fish and thats what causes the strike.

My favorite frog is also the booyah pad crasher.

For worms larger than 8 in I use gamakatsu monster EWG hooks. I have used big flipping hooks for 8 inch worms before and that worked out pretty good.

I use EWG anytime I can. Other than that I use offset round bend for worms and straight shank for flipping

Once I was throwing a chatterbait and I got backlash. So I pick it out and when I started reeling I couldn't feel the blade moving so I set the hook and reeled in a 3 pounder

I also like the terminator spinnerbaits a lot and I dont really throw any other brand. The others I use are the war eagle finesse and war eagle screaming eagle spinnerbaits

I think Color matters more when fishing a craw texas rigged. For example I have caught a ton of fish with a PB&J jig with a PB&J rage craw trailer but I have never caught a fish on a texas rigged PB&J rage craw. But watermelon red flake will get bit either way for some reason

Stay close to the suggested weight, you can go a little heavier but don't try to throw a jerkbait meant for muskies on a bass rod. Also don't go too light because then you won't be getting good casting distance

Thr falcon lizard dragger is a very versatile rod that is great for fishing Carolina rig and dragging jigs. I haven't used it for frogs though

In my area of the country the muskies don't get as big as most places but the best baits in my experience have been large jerkbaits and spinnerbaits along with big topwater baits. But muskies are crazy and will hit just about anything
