I think you win this one. I have never heard of anyone have that bad a day on the water. Earlier in the year my mom accidentally kicked my abu garcia revo/ veritas into the lake. The next day my other veritas snapped in half.

Get the sienna and a berkley lightning rod shock . FFO has the shocks for $22 and they are very nice rods. That should put you around $45 for a nice setup

Just relax and go through the motions. Think about what you need to do before casting and then take your time and do it. Don't try throwing halfway across the lake. Use a good casting lure like a spook or jerkbait and let it fly. Don't try to hard, just do what you are capable of and go from there.

I use a 7'3 veritas for frogs but it wouldn't be good for the rig. I love my falcon bucoo lizard dragger for the rig and it can be used for frogs and jigs. For the reel a lews tournament mb will serve you nicely. The lizard dragger is for sale on green tops website for $70

AbrazX is a good line for flipping and pitching. I use braid and 15 or 17lb fluorocarbon leader

Budget and lure weight would be nice to know. If you are wanting to throw a lure that weights 1/16 ounce you probably won't be able to use that duckett. It depends on how finesse you are going to go.

The lews tournament Mb is the reel you need. Available In a 8.3:1 gear ratio. Either that or shop around for a high gear revo stx

I use it for leader on striper and catfish poles and have caught some really nice fish using this line. Strong, good knot strength. Since your using it as mainline be careful not to kink it while picking out a backlash

Gar are awesome to catch but near impossible to hook and they are really good at taking bait off your hook without you knowing

I have a bass pro shops extreme 370 and love all the storage space I have. They also offer a extreme 360 and it costs $32. The only color they sell is blue/gray.It will hold 5 360 size boxes.
