It looks like a monster yes its blunt i also wrote a testemonial for bomber basicly saying go bomber or dont go at all ill tell you after three fish over 10lbs and hundreds others smaller on the same bait i believe in bombers i wont be caught with out them and also just so everyone knows these fish were caught from a lake rumered by locals to winter kill every year and has no fish my first two ten lbers came from the same spot and this 11lber came from 10ft away , and now they are all sharing the same wall Thats awesome man, just keep fishin it the way you do, let them think there was a fish kill

Man, I know how you feel about the boat and all. I have a 12 foot plastic jon boat and that sucker gets blown around in even the slightest winds! That is a real bummer that you had to go home early, and it wasnt even your daughter. Goodluck next time Matt

Have you been using braid for everything? Its probably not the best idea to use braid with cranks, spinnerbaits, and jerks because you will rip the bait right out of the fishes mouth. This is what I've heard, and what I go by. I use braid with plastics and jigs. Maybe its not so much of them seeing the line, but you using it. Throw some fluro on that reel!

Hey, I have a few questions about spiral wrapping a rod. First off, I was wondering if spiral wrapping a crankin rod would be a good move? If it would work, how many guides would you suggest me to use in the process? What sized guides, and also, I was wondering if there are any step by step instructions, or atleast a guide on how to do it. I ordered a 7 ft blank and I need as much information as possible. Good guesses everyone, but BPM2000 was closest. The scale read the fish being 5.2 pounds. I'm going back to the lake today, hopefully will catch another biggun. ;D

Of course she is, only time we dont release is if our grandpa wants some fish, and anything over 2.5 we put back pretty much no matter what.

before I weighed it so did it. It could be my scale, but I'll check it and report back with "actual" weight.

I'll let you guys know tomorrow, but I'm going to tell you that my scale read this fish as under 6 lbs. :-[

I forgot an important detail, this fish had another fish in its mouth, its tail was sticking out of its throat and it looked like it was a decent sized bass in there, definetly wasn't a shad or perch. Keep guessing, your all close

Well, I caught this fish last weekend, and some of you saw my report in the outtings section, but I wanna know what you others think. How big do you think this fish is? Most everyone thought it was bigger than my scale read, but who knows. I will see if my scale is off when I get to it next weekend. Its a digital berkley one that goes up to 50lbs. Let me know what you think

Test that scale. I didn't want to say anything at first. I was afraid it would belittle your accomplishment, but you could have said that was up to 7 lbs and I would have no problem believing it. Get some weight and put them in a plastic grocery sack and check to make sure that scale is accurate. Hey its okay, I'll test the scale and if it comes out wrong, I'll just do some calculations and see how much it actually might have been. I truthfully did think it was 6, so did everyone in my family. I'll test it out today, thanks guys.
