  1. the water is WAY WAY down. I mean WAYY down. I'd guess between 6-10 ft down. Well fishing anywhere besides the old dam had been a little hard for my brother and I, but others have been doing pretty well. Fish Deep. Most of my fish were in 18-30 feet of water
  2. hahaha 5bl. Actually I found em at the beach last week, they washed up on shore in perfect condition! I think they are good luck because my brother only caught 1 fish today and I caught 8 which makes our yearly totals 122 to 121 and now I'm in the lead. ;D
  3. Fountainhead. I keep looking at this picture and can't figure out how I made this fish look so small! When I caught it my brother and I thought it would go 5lbs it looked so big. On my rapala digital scale it read 4.51 lbs. I need to stop taking camera phone pics ;D
  4. Today my brother and I went to the occoquan reservoir for some fishin. We started off by going down lake and didn't have too much luck. We started at 6:30 and I caught 2 by 9:00, a dink on a shakey head and a 2.1 lber on a 7'' worm. We went in for some food and then decided to hit the community hole. It's an old dam that isn't used anymore with deep and shallow water all over and tons of cover. I caught 6 more and missed 2 there most on shakey heads and jigs and my brother caught 2 there and missed a few. Here is a 4.5 lber I caught on a black/blue jig. Hope you like my glasses ;D
  5. Nice! I love the inlays
  6. ;D I was fishing with a guide in Punta Gorda FL and he was saying that teenagers were catching saltwater catfish and licking their backs because it made them trip. Really gross.
  7. We have a big cooler that we use as a livewell. It's a 100qt and works great. We mounted an aerator timer (http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_896_200003005_200000000_200003000_200-3-5_) on the outside of it, aerator, and oxygenator on the inside and ran it all to a cigerette lighter and then plug the cigerette lighter into one of these (http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10151&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&partNumber=862&hvarTarget=search&cmCat=SearchResults) which is run to the battery. This thing is great, it controls the lights, and fishfinder.
  8. One of the best techniques that worked for me is hopping the jig. Watch LBH's video, thanks to him I'm even more confident in jigs, and I'm sure you will be too.
  9. Yeah the baitmonkey has me on a leash. A tight leash. Anytime I have money it's gone! Then I find some jigs and crankbaits "magicly appear."
  10. Nice job man! Its very unique, never seen one like it.
  11. I use the oxygenator as well, but also have a circulating aerator to move the water a bit. I think it helps alot to just run the water every 6 minutes or so.

I really like the top one. You should make one in chartruese shad color
  13. That is a really really nice fish man. Congrats.
  14. My Dad. ;D What does he do? Helps with everything he possibly can, drives boat to tournaments every other weekend for my brother and I, fishes with us when he can, and always offers to buy things, usually we get it ourselves though. Don't like to take advantage of good ol dad. ;D ;D
  15. Baby brush hogs work very well. Fish with weights over 1/2 ounce.
  16. HAHAHAA ;D

How do you make them run deeper?
  18. 4 lbs +. Glad to see some pics Mr. Avid!
  19. We take the seat out real quick and sit on the ground. The deck also flips up into a seat if your not in a hurry......
  20. And you can turn that to this! It's the exact same boat.....
