Musky Bite???
Growing up in KY my family always used to fish Cave Run Lake a big Musky fishery. I remember hearing about a couple Musky attacks growing up. I remember my family was always sure to take off any shiny jewelry before going swimming because of the Muskies.

You guys think big bass are hard to catch ???
That's one awesome looking fish. That's one fish I'd LOVE to have the opportunity to fish for. Enjoy em.

Sickest find ever...
Don't fool yourself. People are pretty much the same no matter where you go sometimes they just sound different. lol As for the dog owner if he/she did it on purpose I hope karma comes back around 10 fold. If it was because they were poor or ignorant I hope someone beats some sense into their head.

... and the redesigned Revo
"Trying too hard" is the first thing that comes to mind. I like the new handle but other than that everything else could stay the same as far as I'm concerned.

Its time to get serious for a second
X2 This is pretty much the same thing I use and does work well.

Just dab a little JJ's on a q-tip and go to town. Or you could just grow a mustache and they'll blend right in.

What is your favorite "Bite"
I love a great explosion on topwater but after thinking about I think I like it more when I finesse fishing a a worm and you never even feel the bite and the lines just starts moving sideways. You have no idea what size fish you have on you just know you gotta set the hook and have fun!

is fishing your "main" thing?
Fishing is my number one hobby. Followed by eating and sleeping. I like a good cigar now and then. I love to read and watch movies but nothing even comes close to fishing.

Yes! KY Basketball is back! Finally. I don't know about that. Not that we shouldn't win it with the team we're going to have next year. ;D Now if we miss the final four that'll be a different story.- Counting with pictures
Very nice. 8-)- First Tournament this weekend as non-boater, Results Updated...
I'm getting in to tournament fishing this year as a non boater myself. Something I've read that stuck out and this is probably common sense but, even though you should try to throw something different than your boater still try to fish the same relative speed. No sense in trying to throw a weightless worm if your boater is burning a spinner bait. That's an extreme difference but you get the idea.- I have 100% Aunthenticated Perry's Bass
Now was that exacto knife you used certified? We'll need to see the documentation that proves it certified.- Send 'em
- Things that people pay way too much for
What's amazing to me is how many people still pay retail price for the majority of purchases. Between ebay, craigslist, Marshalls/TJ Maxx, the sale sections on companies websites and all the other options on the net I rarely pay retail for anything anymore.- All Star Platinum vs. Shimano Crucial
Interesting thread for me personally. I've got a MH All Star Platinum that I've been using for worm fishing. Recently I've been thinking about switching to another brand or action. The rod is very sensitive and I love that aspect but it seems to me like the rod is very stiff for it's rating. Can some All-Star fans comment on how true the ratings of these rods are?- Is a more sensitive rod really necessary?
I have to agree with Lucky Craft in general. IMO rod sensitivity isn't about detecting bites it's about detecting what type or the details of the cover your fishing under the water. If you watch tournament coverage on tv and listen to the experienced pro's they always know exactly what their bait is in contact with when they're moving it along. I see it as a way of zeroing in on the cover you've found with your electronics.- 2007-2008 Mass creel limits(Documents)
Makes me feel a little better about the fish I'm catching. LMAO!- How fast can bass swim?
This isn't directly related to lmb's top speed and I still haven't purchased them yet but the trailers for the Glen Lau videos have some very interesting underwater shot's of bass stiking lures. http://www.reelbass.net/bigmouth.htm- 1st '09 bass
That's 2 more pounds than I've caught this year. Nice job.- Get fired go fishing
Not to mention the relaxation and peace of mind that it brings.- Hello all
