  1. And the guys wondering on "how to donate", just donate, go to your local soup kitchen, feed my sheep, or hell go to any school and find the kid that doesn't have pencils for class...help them out....they're who needs it. Not saying what the kids yall helped weren't going through a terrible time. But at the same time it happens everyday, to everyone, and anybody....the opportunity to help has been around all the time, now all of a sudden everyone wants to jump on this wagon? Not a bad wagon to jump on...just saying there's a couple wagons that have been plowing the field for awhole...don't help out just because your friends are. Help out because you genuinely know that you can help a young person through a struggle. I'm about to catch so much heat...probably kicked out of here for saying all that. But if your heart is true. Then it's always been true. Keep the face value away from it and really help out. Point is, the struggle for the kids is REEL. Get out there and really help. BTW, if anyone bashes me for not helping/beine there, you can come to Feed My Sheep every weekend for a meal from my family. I'm sure they're tired of my chili anyways.
  2. What about the kids in the ghetto? If I offend anyone I'm sorry, but I feel as if people are here for face value. Take a step outside, and if you are on your acres of land or nice drive way...go a couple miles to that other side of town and see what's really going on. "Lil James" tried selling me a bag of herb just last week. If anybody really wants to help the kids, get informed, learn something, and help the kids that really need it. I know a handful of children that will take a 2 piece wing and taters over a pole everyday. Sorry just my 2 cents. I know this is positive. Just seeing a lot of guys trying to 1 up another on donations. If anything, donate your time and see what really is going on. I guess that's the difference between someone who owns a boat and someone who fishes from the shore
  3. Could I buy them broken on their site? I'm using a '94 Zebco rod and a ugly Stik for my line up....a little repair on a st Croix would top both of those together
  4. I believe the one with the blade underneath is called an underspin hook...I think it just won a big tournament too...well someone won it...but that's what he used
  5. Nope, 4 cylinder Honda 500 miles per 18 dollar fill up

  9. Is it just me...or does this look like a really good presentation? Never tried it before but after throwing it all together I am reeaaaaaallly anxious. 1/2 oz. Squadron Swimbait Jig Head (SK ) A random white skirt I had And a White Ice Swimming Super Fluke Jr How do I retrieve a setup like this? Cast and retrieve? Slow roll the bottom? Yo-yo? Burn under the surface?
  10. Why has nobody said, CORN! Canned corn is so awesome and cheap....you'll pull in so many off a dock that it'll be annoying taking them off the hook.
  11. @Bluebasser86 I'm pretty positive that your bluegill there would shatter my home lakes record....
  12. I have multiple, used once, lews reels I'd come off of for pretty cheap...PM me..
  13. I use to use PP, but I have to admit, I just fell in love with berkley Fireline, it's rough at first but after that I haven't used anything that impressed me as much as it.
  14. Hey Tom, where can I find your presentation? I'd love to get a look
  15. I like a big ass though...
  16. You confused me. If 10% of water holds 90% of the fish, but also if there is food there are bass there. We'll what if 63% of the water holds food? Wouldn't 56% of the bass be all over? IMHO, if there is structure...plantlife...rip rap...docks and marinas, not to mention fish like flats as well....the fish will be there...just because they don't bite doesn't mean they aren't there...that's like someone knocking at my door but I don't want to get off the couch, miss my game, and answer the door... Tom is on to something...always has great post to add on to a subject...or you a pro or just old and fished a lake or ten?
  17. Oh, here in texas, we say, put at der sumagun in der like at, give her a twist, then grab the dagnab like at, and crank err up Bo!!!
