Have you tried a dbait? they are a small flat sided crank. Allen
  2. More pics I do not have any pics of baits made on my new spinnerbait head as I gave all the baits away. Allen
  3. I did not pour these but now I have a custom mold to pour heads so I can use different hooks and wire frames. The bottom heads are from Staminainc and the top one I found on ebay. The eyes are 3d stick ons that you can get from just about any tackle place like stamina. I did paint these to match the skirts then topcoated them with epoxy. Allen Here is what the hidden weight heads I pour look like? Let me see if I can find some more pics?

Try some hidden weight spinnerbaits? This is a pic of one I made for clear water as you can see in the plain heads beside it most of the weight is hidden under the skirt on the hook shank. This bait is 3/8 or 1/2oz but is the same size as a 1/4oz bait. Allen
  8. I took the cover off my boat the other day when it was like 60 so it could air out. Now I have snow in the boat which ticks me off! Tonight we draw partners for the first tournament of the year March 18. Allen

http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1173231523 Senko77 has some for sale over in the classifieds see what he has in 3/8 and 1/2oz. For spinnerbaits the clearer the water the more translucent the skirt I use. If you are just starting out try whiteish with twin nickel willows, chart/white and solid chartruese #3 colorado over #4 or 4.5 gold willow, and solid black with #5 colorado (for muddy water and night fishing). I make my own spinnerbaits so I am not sure about specific brands but Terminator has some nice looking clear water skirts. Allen

Man some of they colors are amazing! I really like the smoke, chartruese, with gold flake and that chartruese w/pearl tint is my new favorite. Now as soon as I can start pouring spinnerbait heads again I will be in business . This year I plan on starting up a small tackle company making 100% custom spinnerbaits. I have tons of wire forms and now a wire bender so I can make custom frames. Allen
  11. A 6'6" MHF rod with 12-15lb mono will work for almost all techniques. Now I use spinnnerbaits a lot so I now have 2 rods specifically for them. Allen
  12. I am now the proud owner of ever color skirt tab that Jann's Netcraft, Stamina Inc. and Barlow's have for sale. 8-) Does anyone know of any other places that sell skirt tabs? I tried to order some from glcfishing but they haven't responded yet? Allen

That lure retriever is one of the best investments you will ever make! Mine has saved countless deep diving cranks from the bottom. Allen
  24. That living rubber is a PITA to seperate!!!!! I love the brown color but only have 3 jigs made from it because I hate seperating the strands. Allen
