  1. I can cast a crankbait a lot further on one of my crankbait rods than a standard fast action rod. Allen
  2. I would say somewhere between $25-30 for a Megabass Vision (which has caught nothing) or a custom painted LC crank. Allen
  3. 50A, and I am running the same TM as you. Allen
  4. They do work from the bank but not as well as if you are in a boat. Try going to Big Lots and buying a telescopic light bulb changer. It costs like $5 and works from the bank with the added benefit of being able to remove lures from trees. Allen
  5. I couldn't agree more! Just looking at the components that make up one of these they are the most s*****y made baits ever. Allen

I have used both the Mustad and Gamakatsu(sp?) hooks and cannot tell the difference? Once I had both hooks seperated into different piles why pouring and the box was knocked over. I just said f*** it and put them all together because I could not figure out what was what? The only difference is price and bragging rights if you are a hook snob? Allen
  7. What is the difference between the RC 1.5 and the BDS 2 models? I love the RC's and was looking at getting some more when I saw these and they look very similar. Allen
  8. I just changed mine after 3 years because there was less than 50 yards of braid left on the spool. Allen
  9. This would be the cheapest way to start to so if it is for you? Buy pre-poured and painted heads (this would save you a lot of trouble), banded skirts, swivels and blades, etc. to assemble. What ominousone said is right about getting into tacklemaking. If you like it and do not pour any other lead jigs, etc I would just have someone else pour the heads for you? Right now I have a couple custom molds that were $200 each to pour spinnerbaits so it can get expensive depending what you want. Allen
  10. What have you been doing since you do not have the official meat gazing wizz quiz? Allen
  11. If you take away only one thing from this thread this should be it! Allen
  12. I did not like most of the baits out there because they did not fit my needs so I started making my own. Booyah are ok but they could be better? Strike King needs to start beating their Chinese child slave labors until they learn how to put a skirt on straight :-? There quality has went downhill so far it may never return. Right now if I had to buy a spinnerbait I would get a Revenge or a SOB mini-me. Terminators have a very loyal following but I have no experience with them. Allen
  13. I am with you on wanting a size inbetween the 78 and 100? 90mm would be perfect with some #5 hooks. Allen
  14. Can you go back and pick me up about 12 bags of gold shad senkos for that price? Allen
  15. #1 = Jig #2 = 4" senko I guess some of you live in the deep south and can get away with spinnerbaits year round? Up north it gets a little colder and considering that I broke up ice on the lake with my boat my second trip out I do not think a topwater would work for some reason? Allen

They do take some time and practice. Have you tried that printing pictures then glueing them to the foil yet? Allen
  17. Pointer 78sp in Ghost Minnow and Baitfish Silver Slender pointer 97MR Ghost Minnow and Pearl Ayu Allen
  18. http://www.***.com/descpageREVSPIN-RSBS.html Based on what you like about the Glamour shads I would check out the Revenge baits? Allen

    Glad I stocked up! Allen
  21. Tell us what it is you like about the Glamour shads? Is it the colors, blade configurations, weight? Tell us what caracteristics they have that work well for you and I am sure I can recommend a similar bait. Allen
  22. It costs me $108 per year for full coverage/100 deductable on my 2003 PT 175 Basstracker. The was I look at is eventually something is going to happen and I want to be covered. Allen
  23. I am wanting to pick up one of these but what class does it have to be? There are different coast guard types but I have no idea what I need? Allen
  24. Picked up two spools that I really don't need. Allen
