Crappy news but could have worse
I'm sure you know. But try not to let your other joints get stiff around it. Over 2 1/2 years spent in casts on separate occasions have taught me this. I'm not sure what doc says about moving the knee? but make sure your ankle, hip, and all muscles/tendons around the knee are at least getting stretched .

Listening to music while fishing
I usually have an ear bud in. I like all types of music. From disturbed to Eminem, Hank to the Oakridge boys. Always jammin .

I Am Done Buying New Lures!
It's fun catching bass on new things.. that's why I buy them.. others like rapala, I collect. Maybe my kids will be into fishing and they can inherit my hoard. Or maybe I'll get buried with them.. worst case scenario I pass and they end up in a garage sale/flea market. But hey. They sure look purdy in my tackle box(es) . I think imma go look at them now.

Another PB - More Drop Shot Action
I don't think so. I've seen bass with black spots from Michigan to Alabama. There's a term for it . Melanosis is what it's called if you're interested.

Bed Fishing
@slonezp hopefully you didn't end up an example at 5th grade adult education.

Buying attractant online
When you place an order (at least with tackle warehouse) it has a warning that some things will not be shipped by air (j.js magic being one of these) for the reason you mentioned. I' purchased scent from TW on 2 separate occasions and neither time had any real issues. The first time was one bottle of j.js chartreuse.. and it was all good.. the second order I got a different color of j.js and some spike it crawfish markers (because I'm not always feelin the garlic smell) I ordered 5 of the markers because they were cheap... And 1 out of the 5 had the tip recessed to the point it was unusable. A pair of needle nose and I pulled it right out.

Chunks on cranks
I always get a warm feeling looking at a healthy bass. And on a crank too ?! Can't beat it !

Unique fishing day
Hopefully, right.? I don't think fishing near them is the best idea , for two reasons. The first, simply being that it will probably have your target fish on edge.. wary of the otter and either going to leave or not move much. The second, If you do manage to hook a nice fish, there is more than a slight chance the otter can meet your catch before you do.

You know spring is coming
I'd love to be retired in Florida.. unfortunately. I'm not near retirement. I could possibly retire in Florida. But do my job... Nope. I mean I could but I'd rather be cold than hot (while I'm working , which I spend most of my awake hours doing) , I can always layer up and then take them off as needed. In the heat I'm helpless.. what am I do to? Maybe a wet towel on the neck.. I would never consider it ! Perhaps my career choice and juvenile decisions left me in a path where I will never retire in Florida. But, I'm going to still get a torn up thumb.

Are the Bass getting smaller?
Yup. On a mild day of catching dinks. I just chalk it up to all the fish are small as well

You know spring is coming
I've been there several times. And once spent a few weeks there. Coming from a Michigander. Florida is indeed a fiery inferno (to -me ) may-august lol

You know spring is coming
I'd hate to frame a house or do concrete work in Florida. Lol. 75 is perfect. Anything over 85 and I'm miserable unless I'm swimmin

Best flipping jig?
I'm thinking the Yama hula grub and paddle tails... . I have zoom hogs and the space monkey and they both catch fish for me as well. I just made my j rigs with some dropshot weights and split rings off unused cranks. The cheapest I could find ones that were pre made were like 5 bucks. Lol. But somehow, I don't have a problem paying that for a bag of plastic .

Best flipping jig?
I'm hoping the jika rig will do well for my pitching this summer. I have a few different weights and hook sizes rigged up.

If you could only bring one lure to bring fishing with you, What are you bringing?

- Favorite Brand and Color for Grubs
- Are muskie and pike good eating
What about perch and salmon ? Lol- Favorite Brand and Color for Grubs
Kalins.. mister twister back when I was a kid and it's all I could afford. I could find em in discount bins real cheap, and they caught bass for me. Kalins are actually reasonably priced though... The rage menace grub is sweet too. Rage also has single tails but kalins has enough action I don't have to pay rage tail prices (which are almost double the price of kalins) The menace is nice tho. T rigged, drop shot. Or my favorite on a swim jig Colors... Pearl, chartreuse, smoke, and June bug. I'm also a fan of dipping In the j.js- Madden or NHL?
Used to... And NBA... All kinds of shooters , resident evil was one of my favorites. And also racing games. Need for speed and midnight club. With work and a child.. and woman.. I don't have much free time.. and when I do it's usually poker on my phone. They are fun though.- spring northern pike(40-50F water temp)
X-rap . Change your cadence til you get em. I like the orange but the olive works well too. #5 mepps really ticks em off too- Favorite Bladed swim jig and trailer and why
@A-Jay threw a curve ball with the culprit craw. Awesome choice. I don't see culprit talked about hardly any... Except for the ribbon tails occasionally... Which my grandfather swore by- NHL Hockey
Growing up I used to watch the red wings.. they had the dream team.. Lindstrom , yzerman , federov, shanahan, chelios, datsyuk, McCarty, Osgood , and Hasek are some of the ones I remember. * Forgive my spelling of their names
