What Is In The Water? Is It Safe? Experts Say Not Any More...
About any rain gear is made with PFAs, I prefer to just get rained on unless it’s below 45-50 degrees and I start shivering. I try to only have one rain jacket , the more you buy the more they will manufacture and sell

Deep water presentations?
I just put them back in the water and they don’t experience barotrauma to begin with . But I believe if you need to livewell them, fizzing with a needle is the way to save them, just let the gas out of the swim bladder. Never done it myself

Water snake invading the pond.
Good shot. You can catch them in a wire funnel style minnow trap if you ever need to. I’ve caught them that way many times on accident , once crawdads and minnows are in the trap they can’t resist

Deep water presentations?
I caught a nice 19” yesterday in 35-50 ft of swift water with a zoom finesse worm 3/16 oz Texas rig. No clue how deep the fish was , I was getting tossed around by yacht waves but he ate it somewhere along the way

New props who dis
@FloridaFishinFool, I went with the exact same one(s) I had before. Just running one that’s not chewed up set my motor free 😂. Crazy how much thrust I had slowly lost over the years. Ran it yesterday solo and hit 18 mph, had been getting 10-12. It also smoothed out the engine, used to kind of miss and have some cavitation, now it just rips

Extreme Heat
Staying wet is good when it’s hot. Like I said , wetter is colder 100% of the time. If it’s really really hot I jump in the water @Crow Horse, my farmers tan disagrees with that rating of a cotton T shirt 😂 . Pale as a ghost where my shirt goes

Had to cut the grass at the lakehouse, of course I took a boat. New prop pushed me up to 18 mph . Got the triple crown of bass (LMB, SMB, and spot) and of course the SMB was the bigger one. Caught it deep with a Texas rig among some massive yacht waves, pretty interesting in a 14 footer here’s where I got the smallie, it’s fairly swift current and a rapid drop from 0 to 35 to 50 feet deep. and here’s what it hit , Texas rig on Okuma combo with seaguar 40 lb braid to pounce 12 lb leader
