  1. They still eat them! Some fish never learn
  2. Spinnerbait. I passed the 1000 cast mark back in the early 90s, still never catch crap
  3. Muddler minnow, or anything with the name sculpin in it. There used to be a fly we used called rag sculpin that was a smallmouth and trout killer, spun deer hair head and zonker strip rabbit fur tail
  4. The top of it! Chattahoochie below Lanier dam, Toccoa river, maybe chatooga, anywhere up in the mountains . There’s a private stream called the soquie (sp?) that is full of pellet fed monsters
  5. My buddy caught a huge Muskie on 4 lb test and a Bobby garland 2” baby shad this winter A senko is pretty heavy, I chuck them on baitcasters
  6. We are happy for ya too! You must be one tough cookie
  7. Sheesh! Glad that didn’t kill you !
  8. It depends on who you ask. I see a lot of people throwing what they call finesse jigs that would break my rods on the cast. And finesse spinnerbaits and finesse 5 “ swimbaits , the list goes on and on. The word sells stuff
  9. This one hit home after paddling my canoe in the wind yesterday. All 3 were wearing life jackets but the water is still cold https://www.local3news.com/local-news/man-drowns-sunday-on-watts-bar-lake/article_3001f3c2-9e27-11ec-bc57-8bf21cab2a55.html
  10. Just ride it out with your life jacket on
  11. Some expo pics. The fully restored bass cat was awesome, motor guide trolling motor is unbelievably strong, saw lots of pros and even a green bass boat. It was crowded!!!
