  1. I have a tilt trailer for my 14’ boat but I’ve never attempted the tilt while launching. I did disengage it one time on accident while prepping to launch in the dark, that was the day I learned I had a tilt trailer
  2. She nailed that one! Must be kin to Stevie
  3. I don’t know about medium fast but 6’6” is my favorite rod length, spinning or bait casting. I have A LOT of them haha
  4. I have to watch something else now before I go to bed, that was creepy
  5. I’ve seen photos of @GreenPig in his playing days, I think he throws those onto a trailer like a sandbag one handed
  6. St Lawrence or Champlain……….. both please!!!!!
  7. Hahah! I imagine a small pile of fiberglass splinters, lucky for them the drifter only goes downstream To the OP, I would recommend this if it’s an option Got this for a little over 300 dollars in 2008. It’s been all over the map , starts up every time you turn the key for some reason I think i heard it was 53 lbs empty, not much more than sack of dog food . Easy to put on any vehicle. I recently took it to the bassmaster classic , they wouldn’t let me enter tho…… haha
  8. I think I may have said this before, but you are playing chess and I’m having to read the instructions 10 times on how to play checkers
  9. Bless you. Need a Kleenex?
  10. Vols just won the SEC, first time since 1979 (first time in my entire life ). We should be a 2 or 3 seed heading into the big dance
  11. Back right pocket! I have accidentally washed lots of backlash in the washer but it’s better than wrapping around the prop
  12. I was told there would be no math
  13. Not all docks are shallow
  14. Whoa!!!!! Great photo, heebie jeebies activated
  15. Thanks for the invite! I’ll be back ! Loved it over there. I didn’t want to drag my boat across the mountains for a short bit of fishing. I went for about 2 hours one day and 3 hours the next .
  16. It varies greatly. It’s in a creek that flows through a lot of farmland before it enters the lake and makes a long creek arm . I think it’s only iced over twice since 1990. Most of the time it’s warmer than the main river channel (which is about 1/4 mile away) but if there’s been a cold rain or snow it can be much colder than the main channel. It’s muddier than the main river 100% of the time. I would imagine an avg lowest water temp for a winter is high 30s but it can easily jump up to 50-55 in a day after a warm rain. It’s 35 feet deep about half a cast out
  17. I canoe in somewhat cold water sometimes, I’m not sure it’s the smartest thing . I tend to stay close to shore . I used to guide kayaking trips in cold water and I was always on pins and needles, but it seemed to work out better for the clients if I at least pretended to be relaxed. As soon as people get nervous, things usually go worse. I have seen random wind gusts send people into sheer panic, kayak slammed into the bank, screaming, the whole 9 yards
  18. My old phones used to die at 40% all the time but last for a week with 1%, darndest thing
  19. It was high 60s here yesterday, caught fish. Today 5.5” of snow and fast winds, low of 14 tonight
  20. I have caught fish off my dock 12 months out of the year .
  21. Purple worm and a jig head
  22. Good info!!! Sounds tasty too, not like diet food
