I recently bought some DriveWear photochromic lenses. I purchased them at a local Walmart vision center. Have no complaints about the polarization on them and photochromic option

I have had good luck using it on a drop shot for sight fishing bed fish Had the hook 6" to 8" above the weight and t-rig style hook so it was weedless

I had an RV cleaned out while parked at a storage facility. After that I removed the (new) valuable stuff and put one of those Cheep alarms on the door Can only hope Karma comes along because law enforcement usually gets nowhere on this kind of stuff

I do. I use it for to my topwater/jerkbait Mostly throw 1/2 -3/4 oz lures Been very happy with it. Has a nice light feel and balance. Leans more to a medium power than m/h My opinion: 6’9"m/h wouldn’t give enough for anything 1/4oz and below, although I haven’t thrown that light of stuff on it Just starting to research light tackle bait cast ( bfs gear ) myself Wanting to move my finesse presentations away from spinning rod to a bait caster

I carry 3-4 spools for my various leaders

My drop shot rod is a HMG 7.0’ med light fast tip Great rod! Had an incidental catch while drop shotting the shallows for bass. Ended up with a 12.5lb carp on the end of my line The rod handled it like a dream…

+1 on the Legalis Landed my share of bass up to 6lb on it

In the fall I have good luck drop shotting or split shotting the 4.5" curly tails in either sexy shad or hologram shad

If you want a Shimano DC reel check out the SLX vs the Curado (if you aren’t already). It will save you a few bucks you can sink into the rod purchase… I have both DC the Curado and SLX SLX works just as well as the Curado !

I have a Phenix feather 6’ 10" M/H. I use it for a jerkbait and topwater set up Love it and yes it does fish like a Medium rated rod Never fished a M-1.....

I’ve had two of them in white pearl, lost one in the sticks…? Came across fish in the back of coves that were busting the surface on bait in the fall. Caught fish both times I tried it. I’ve tried it in other situations when a spinnerbait would be a good presentation and had no luck
