Crazy news. I looked up Quantums pro staff and it looks like they are really starting to thin out, almost starting to look like okumas pro staff team. Both brands make great products and I use them myself, oh well.

Just curious to see which reel some would choose, I've got a couple offers, either purchase a k and 200i or two 200i reels for a few bucks less.

200i is a pg 70 is a hg want to switch them

Are these two gear sets interchangeable? Would like to swap gears from a 70 HG into a 200I PG.

Shimano has a program that if the rod broke due to user error they will replace it at 125 dollars Canadian. I called about a gen2 Loomis and that's what the gent told me! It was called x something program. Just ask them about it.

If you follow favorite on Instagram you'll see they they are working on new reels, and to be honest they look ridiculous. They look like those cheap reels that you see on like wish. Not bashing them but they dont look like something I'm going to fork out large money on.

There might be a e clip holding the bearing in place, you'll need a very tiny pick tool to remove it and be careful because it will go flying to another country if you arent.

In canada favorite rods arent even a thing here yet so i cant really comment on the quality of the rods. But are their high end rods really worth the money?
