feathered treble hooks
Love dressed treble hooks, I put them on all my favourite crankbaits and jerkbaits. I tie them myself and match the bait so it looks like the bait is being followed or wounded. Also give it's a bit more flash. I notice a little more kick on the back ends of the crankbaits and a little more resistance on the jerkbaits but they have benefited my lures very positively.

What's Your Favorite Reel to Work On?
Quantum and Lews are the easiest for me, only difference is the flipping switch on the Quantum reels, but if you leave it alone theres no issues. Nothing I've worked on was really difficult to be honest, but I haven't touched a steeze so no comment there.

I mean like I'm still down to do this, I've got almost all the lures finished. But we need more dedication if it's going to happen again. The first one was awesome!

Buyer beware
Ya I've never heard anything good about this company. I know this post might get removed for bad mouthing a company but I think it's something that people should be warned about even if it is their fault for not reading reviews.

Doesn't St Croix already have a Legend Xtreme?
I remember when I first started getting into bass fishing hard and looking for rods and coming across this rod, I thought it was the holy grail of rods because it had a handle like no other rod, I've never seen anyone fish with one though, they feel pretty cool I will admit. Would love to give one a shot one day.

Good place to fish
Hey guys, so this is a little bit of a different topic, I was chatting with the girlfriend about possibly going down south for a few days to get away from the city here in Toronto and to try out some fishing, was wondering where would be a good place to go to around march or april for some bass. Ill most likely popping the big question during this trip so hopefully you guys know some good places.
