Its an awesome rod, feels like a true MH rod to me. Great sensitivity in my opinion. I choose the rod over an imx pro, have no regrets at all.

There are probably much better reels for that application, check out the new metanium mgl B reel, it can handle fairly light lures with ease thanks to the mgl spool.

UPDATE #2 The package is being delivered to the Ups post office 10 minutes from their location. Will have to send them a message with the situation.

Update* Ups said I have to wait till TW gets it back and ships it with the proper address. Tackle warehouse said they sent it out with the proper address so it must be on Ups. They also mentioned that someone with a Ups my choice account made a note about a specific location for the package to be delivered to, but seeing how im in Canada i couldnt have made an account because there's no option for Canadian provinces. Looks like I'm going to have to have a chat with my person about their gift now...

Wow ya you are correct, they changed the parts selection. Thats weird, I just ordered a bunch of parts in October so it much have been done in the last couple months. Thats a bummer...

TW order sent, the person I got should get it by December 22

I went to TW today to do up an order and it said the earliest thy can deliver to the address is January 5th, anyone else get a date like that?

I love the look and feel of the slx xt, much smoother reel in my opinion but the tat ct is a really fun reel to use. I like the large star drag and small tension knob.
