  1. Did you get any of the GrandeBass swimbaits? A lot of mine had pretty bad bends in the tail. Not just the very end (paddle part) like you see with a lot of these type baits, but like the middle of the tail section.
  2. 5+ is the max they ever list. Once it gets under 5, it'll say 4, 3 etc. But it'll never say more than 5+. So 5+ could mean 5, it could mean 30.
  3. "But honey, these Choppo's are a gift for cousin Eugene". "You don't have a cousin Eugene!"
  4. Same here. But I also didn't order any rods.
  5. My main utility boxes are always kept in the boat during fishing season, so it's really not a hassle. The main hassle is maybe untangling a few baits when I take one out, but that doesn't take too much time.
  6. It works for me. But I fully admit, I have some that rarely ever see the water.
  7. For better or worse, I keep all of my boxes like these two. I take out the dividers and pack them full. They really don't move around when I do it this way.
  8. Did you say...frog FLAVOR??
  9. I see now what you said about Shimano's website calling the 7'2 MH Expride A a mod-fast. That's news to me. I've always seen it labeled as fast action...which I think it definitely is. I'll have to look at my rods and see what it says on the blank. It's definitely not faster than fast tho. Definitely not XF. Which makes it great for many applications.
  10. Not sure if you're getting the A and B mixed up. The 7'2 MH Expride A is labeled fast action. The 7'2 MH Glass is labeled moderate. The 7'2 MH Expride B is labeled Mod-Fast on TW. But on Shimano website it says fast. Either way, I have 2 of the 7'2 MH/F Expride A's, and they're great rods. Can do everything you listed and then some.
  11. I had a stash I had been saving as well. Just took 18 of them to the recycling center today.
  12. Isn't that site forbidden? Or is it ok now?
  13. The general manager at Pure Fishing headquarters talking to all the workers who were leaking codes.
  14. Well I just got an email saying my 3rd Pure Fishing order shipped.
  15. I'm amazed by how clueless some of these companies are. How do you not know by now that shipping rods in a flimsy box is a terrible idea?
  16. Did they initially take money from your bank account? I got my first 2 orders fast. I placed 2 small ones after. So far no shipment notification emails like I got for the first two. But they did take the money from my bank account, so I'm assuming they go thru, unless they refund the money.
  17. Never held that particular rod, but I have multiple Curado 70 MGLs and they're awesome.
  18. That's the one I got as well. Very versatile. What are you using it for mostly? I like having 2-3 different swim jig rods rigged up at the same time, so that's mainly what I used it for in the short amount of time I've had it. Edit-Actually I have the 7'1 MH.
  19. Are you talking about the 6'10 MH Expride we were talking about last night? That's a casting rod. If only they had Savage Gear stuff on their site. I bought the Black Ops rod this past fall and it's great.
  20. What he said! I thought I was done. These dang PF codes are like a drug. Just placed my 4th order...this one was small. But with the 'add 4 hard baits and get 25% off', plus the 50% off. I mean, $14 total for these 4 baits? I hope the Money Badger lives up to it's hype. I think I ordered 6-7 of them now. Never tried the Drift Walker or Digger.
  21. I prefer Bait Ape.
  22. FWIW that model is sold out on TW. Not sure that means anything. I bet it wouldn't be a broomstick tho. And if you didn't like it, I'm sure you could easily sell it.
  23. I don't. But I do own 4 Expride A's and a B and they're great rods at regular price, let alone this price.
  24. Still, if anyone is looking for a shorter/close quarters t-rig/jig rod, that 6'8 for $116.99 is a crazy deal.
