But having never ordered directly from them before, I'm not sure what exactly to expect. So the irritating part is them not answering their phone (called multiple times and there's no voicemail option even), emailed them and even sent message through Facebook Messenger. And nothing.

Did you end up placing an order with GrandeBass? I got email on Dec. 2 saying my stuff shipped. As of today tracking for USPS still says 'pre-shipment'. I called GrandeBass and emailed them last few days with no answer/response.
