Another good jig fish from today. Caught 4 and lost 2 in about 2 hours. Bait was a Gan Craft Core Head Jig. Trailer: Jackall Pine Shrimp.

I caught my biggest bass of the year this afternoon! Bait was a Lucky Craft Glass Killer Jig with a Yamamoto Double Tail Grub. 7.4lbs. of pure power. I'm a happy guy! Sorry about the bad pic, was on my own and only had my cell phone with me. Looks like Dottie's little sister. ;D

Most fish where caught on jigs and t-rigs. Paca Jig worked well! Red Eye on jig&frog. First swimbait fish of 2009. Bass Thumb.

You can say that again! Something wrong with the eye as well. Still a good size fish (but ugly as heck ). Congrats!

I'm sure it will work. I've caught bass with jigs and fat ika's as trailer.

I have done well with the Evergreen Buzzer Beater which is basically the same bait.

I do believe you Raul. I also have baits lying around that I wanted to use last year but never did. Do you have the 3", 3/4oz. size? The others just seem to small....

I remove the split ring and use a snap.

Nice fish Paul! 8-) Around here the fish are nowhere near spawning. Water temp. ist still in the high 40's. But the fish are healthy and fat.
