It might become rusty but it’s not gonna rust away and dissolve that will take an extremely long time.

Sometimes that is the case unfortunately and hooks definitely don’t rust out but that’s part of the sport kinda makes me feel bad if you feel that bad about a gutted fish eat it or give it to someone that loves to eat fish theirs a lot off ppl that will eat fish. I personally think they poop them out or shake them off the majority of the time.

They see shadows and they can feel with their lateral line.

Z rust does work I use a lot of flambeau boxes, but flambeau doesn’t make certain styles of boxes like Plano or bass mafia so I use bullfrog rust inhibitors instead on those boxes I, like most of us, put a lot into my tackle and I make sure they don’t rust. I’ve had it happpen before so I’m on it nowadays.

I hate that noise, you can try a different type of line that is similar to braid like Gliss it doesn’t make that noise. @roadwarrior sent me a spool To try out last December and it is definitely the best casting line I’ve ever used similar to braid it doesn’t stretch and it doesn’t make that noise, good stuff.

I have been wondering about these crush handles for a while also never really seen anyone do an honest review. Having some type of floatation for your rods and reels on a kayak to have some peice of mind that your not gonna lose an expensive set up would be nice. Nah the brake shoes are very durable probably be years before you have to replace them and they are very cheap and easy to replace. This is really just starting to seem like a big diawa shimano debate and I’m personally sick of theses debates I’m out!!!!!
