The problem of this rod It is are very short handle. I love glass rods and only fishing crankbaits Whit them. My preference for Deep crankbaits It is phenix glass 7,9. A lot better than the skeet reese 7,10 ( i had too and didnt like, for short handle and excesive weight)

Left new DT20 Whit bigger líp, and right old Whit smaller líp.

Hi guys. I had and old Rapala DT20 Whit sureset hooks and i only use one time years before. Yesterday i bought a one DT20 new and i see the size of líp are different and new It is bigger. The old had a crack near to the líp, and i used only one time and i think only a few minutes. It is possible Rapala change the Lips in DT20 for make stronger? If i fish Whit old and caught a Big one, It is possible i only get the líp because lure Broken? Thanks !

Different sound to Booyah one knocker. Colors are less glitter than a normal model. I think Will be a Great lure un spring. I Hope make a lemon lime color similar to old xcalibur o e knocker.

I check weeks after and i got 2 bites of two bullhead (catfish) one of them around 45-50lb and rod work perfectly. I dont miss any of two fish and vibration it is similar to compared to my another rod composite for chatterbaits. Good backbone for a glass rod and Good parabolic action in the first section of rod. Whit fish of 45-50lb after 35-40mn of fight, when got fish and check the jackhammer the snap it is open, and dont lost the jackhammer and fish. In my opinion Good rod for chatterbaits, only lack test whit Largemouth bites!

Today I check the rod a few shots, whitout bite, whit a chatterbait 1/2oz and the sensation it is correct. Next week I check in another lake more time, and I spend whit bites! Next weekend I update.

HI Tim. Yes Cijara it is only 2 hours to my home, and I go to fishing a few days every years. It is maybe now the most famous lake in Europe for largemouth, but in my opinion not the best. There are another lakes in south of Spain whit best results now in quantity and similar quality.

Thanks guys, I learn english to read you in this great fórum!. I am doubts to Will buy a tatula elite 6.3 or curado DC 6.2 for this rod. Here the Tatula Elite it is around 190 usd to change and DC it is around 230usd, and for this difference in price i think Will buy for this rod a Tatula Elite. What do you think which is better for chatterbaits? It is Elite maybe for less weight lures? Thanks! I have 7 rapala DT6 and yesterday i check all them and there are 4 speed different to rise. Most quickly need the half of time vs the most slow….which is better for each situation? Thanks!

I bought a Mojo Glass for chatterbaits a week before and I dont have time to check. I love glass rod for all reaction baits. In few days i tell you my opinion. Generall spooking, here in Spain lakes are deeper and whit less vegetation in water than in USA and use the chatterbait more for slow roll or burning than for ripping. In the last 2 years i fishing whit a Daiwa DX Type H-Glass (exclusive in Tacklewarehouse) but it is a composite rod and I am happy whit this rod, but for my, i love the flexibility when got I bite in glass rod. Sorry for my English!

Powell Endurance 723 spinning glass rod are other option, and cheaper.

Rattl'n Vibe 5/8 are my first option. Rippin Rap, one knoker booyah or Xcalibur, Buzzer Beater tungsten of Evergreen and Duel Flasi'n vibe complette my top dice.

Next days I bought a few Fat Free Shad 3/4oz size 7 and when open box and moved lure, the sound are different to anothers I have more older. News are a less sound, more similar to a knocker sound. know if this are too now in 5 and 6 size? I dont know if are good or bad, but i understand different sound, different reaction of fish...

Hi guys! Í search a new rod for fishing whit chatterbaits in open waters. I look a St Croix Mojo Glass 7,4 mh to 1/4 -3/4 oz and Wright & Mcgill Skeet Reese Lipless 7 m to 1/2-1oz. Both are glass. Are good options for chatterbaits 3/8-1/2oz whit fluoro/mono lines?
