  4. Well, you found two of the worst lines on the market... If the price is not a concern, Tatsu is THE BOMB!
  5. Hmm... We don't get your numbers, but me and several friends have caught 10s. Mine have been on Megabass 110. That's in AR, home of the World Record.

  7. Just another BPS knock-off, Try the Live Magic Shad.
  8. Try the LFT Live Magic Shad
  9. At least 2 lbs
  10. Well, I like a variety of lures, but if was just about "catching" I would probably fish nothing but Senkos, Rage Structure Bug, RES and jigs. Okay, Maybe a Sworming Hornet/ FLT Live Magic Shad and Rage Tail Menace.
  11. Nope, not me...Drop shot is VERY effective for catching fish, but it kills too many for me (one is too many). I NEVER use this any more.
  12. Tennessee has stocked Chick and produced a new State Record.
  13. Yeah, but I will sometimes fish a jig when I know there is a better option.
  14. The biggest advantage for Southern anglers is the opportunity to fish year around. Our "season" is 1/01 - 12/31.
  15. I use a Stella 1000 on a trout/ crappie rig. Otherwise, 2500 is a better option.
  16. Probably true, but when there is lots of pressure, soft plastics seem to rule!
  17. Well, with real life experience going back to 1996, I can state definitively that live bait out fished artificial 10:1. My best friend (deceased) was a tournament fishermen for years, but got flipped. Fishing for smallmouth on the Tennessee River with him and another regular, I fished artificial until my buddies caught 10 bass between them. Over more than a decade, I occasionally caught a fish or two while they were killin' it. On a side note, two years ago I fished a Rage Tail Menace that actually out fished live bait. Five smallmouth 4-6 lbs on five consecutive casts! Only happen once, but MAN...

  19. Try a Senko and a jig. My biggest at Grove was +/- 6lbs.
