  1. Well, there are Senkos and then everything else...
  2. It's always a pleasure fishing with friends, both new and old. This fall we will try to put Bob on a big brown fish! In the mean time, I am fishing Bull Shoals with my brother in two weeks and then with the Three Amigos (Long Mike, ghoti and me) at the end of the month. Fishlegs and I will get together a couple of times in June and attack the brown fish on the Tennessee River below Wilson and below Pickwick Dam. I hope to fish with other BassResource members throughout the year.
  3. Man, what a day!
  4. I suspect they will be fine for awhile, one season maybe. Mostly it depends on your expectations. If you have been happy with BPS reels, these will be fine, perhaps an upgrade.
  5. Missed the post...

  10. Keep it simple: Hire a guide who provides tackle for his clients.
  11. I was back to trying floro again, after swearing I would never use it again for the hundredth time, but I will say the 15 pound fluorocarbon was up to the task. Now for the real test, how well it performs next week after being stressed to the limit. Maybe respool?
  12. Well, all "my spots" are well documented on the net by locals, professional tournament guys and guides. You have to move 5 miles below either the Pickwick or Wilson Dams ro get away from community holes. It actually surprises me that I catch any big smallmouth with all the pressure "my spots" receive.
  13. Welcome aboard!
  14. Great fish!
  15. Well, I for one enjoy your videos and will miss them.
  16. It's illegal for weathermen in Tennessee to look up or out the window.
