  1. Remarkable. I had never heard of this event.
  2. I was considering driving up to Kansas City for the game, but "no degrees" and the probability of snow throughout the trip has put watching it live and in person out of play. If you live close and can stand the cold I suspect tickets at the gate will be readily available for this "sold out" event.
  3. The only one for me:
  4. No kidding! Back to the point, just skip over topics you don't care anything about. BTW, How do you fish a Senko?
  5. YOUR favorite color will work just fine.

  7. Hmm... The last time the Chiefs played in the Super Bowl was when I was a senior in high school. Now I'm just "a senior".
  8. Mostly Pickwick and Kentucky Lake.
  9. I like the 832, but if you give Smackdown a try, that's all you will ever fish.
  10. CONGRATULATIONS to Chief fans. GREAT game!
  11. Well, I hope the Chiefs play to their potential and beat the Colts today.
  12. And that's a wrap... Good night Irene
  13. Slow roll is an option, but I have better luck with this presentation: Cast and let the underspin sink to the bottom. Keep your rod steady at 10 o'clock. Reel quickly about 5 turns, then let the lure fall straight down on slack line. DON'T pump the rod, you want the lure fluttering straight down, not moving to you. Continue until you feel you are "out of the zone". 100% of your strikes will occur on the fall. If you feel ANYTHING reel down and set the hook!

  15. JoBaby use to sell assembled skirts, three to a package, but the site doesn't come up for me.
  16. Upright through the belly and spine so it looks like a baitfish swimming. Put the hook in the nose and through the body, outside not inside. Bring it up and through the body so the hook is on top of the bait and weedless.
  17. As a general rule, especially with pork, you want a cool fire (250*) for the first hour. For the remainder of time I try to keep my temperature 275-300*. Your wood should be smoking prior to putting on the meat and ONLY SMOKE for the first hour. My baby backs are perfect in 4 1/2 hours.
  18. Panther Martin, black with chartreuse spot and a gold blade...KILLER!
  19. Hmm... I am not much of a fan of stockers, but you can catch THEM ALL right out of the truck.
  20. Lumaflex is the ticket, but I can not get it to come up on the internet. my last purchase was several months ago. If anyone has access, please let me know.
  21. Well, my favorite paddle tail is the Rage Swimmer, but for a swim jig trailer the Shellcracker rules. http://www.strikeking.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=656:skltabs-hardbaits&Itemid=1055
