  1. Thank you guys! BTW...It's the Big 6-0, not 61. -Kent
  2. What? It's not a hook, it's a connector.
  3. Owner Twist Lock or similar knock-offs
  4. I'm surprised you actually believe this story, it's ridiculous.
  5. Maybe I'll give them a try, the theory is interesting.
  6. We have outstanding public schools here in Germantown. When my son was a senior he had "run out of math" so he was allowed to take 9 hours at Rhodes College. He graduated from Kenyon with degrees in both Anthropology and Molecular Biology. This summer he graduated from medical school and is now practicing in New Mexico. I kiddingly refer to my daughter as "the dumb one", she received one B in college! She graduated Magna Cum Laude with Thesis and "Top Prospect" for law school. She completes her Master's Degree in December.
  7. On our Home Page, the lure I have rigged is the LC RC 3.5, purple back/ chartreuse belly.
  8. #1 for me is the Rage Tail Eeliminator http://www.ragetail.com/news/09/eeliminator-rigging-instructions-important/
  9. Forgive the pun, but I think Fish & Game have "bigger fish to fry!"
  10. I have a 12 year old CTE200GT, an 8 year old and a 5-6 year old CTE100GT. These reels are MUCH nicer than brand new! The oldest reel was bought for striper fishing which involves hundreds of pounds of fish and thousands of tons of rocks. Unless this reel is lost, it will literally last forever. Strong, smooth, silent and reliant.
  11. I have had pretty good luck with a 3/4 oz Red Eye Shad, Chrome Blue
  12. Anyone fished with this attachment?

New avatar, too? That's a beauty! How much did she weigh?
  14. Why are you still "testing" the line? Get something else and throw that junk away!
  15. Pickeral are not game fish around here. The few that are caught generally do not survive. That goes for suckers, gar, carp and drum. Kentucky bass are a game fish, but if they are legal length, they are kept. I don't want any of these fish in my ponds either.
  16. Well, I'm a big fan of Shimano, but you might take a look at the Pinnacle Optimus XLT: http://www.pinnaclefishing.com/shop/p-78-optimus-xlt.aspx#page=page-1 http://www.bassresource.com/fishing_lures/pinnacle-optimus-xlt-dhc-review.html
  17. Outstanding! :respect-059:
  18. Now the NFL is officially supporting the call: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000066164/article/nfl-supports-decision-to-not-overturn-seahawks-touchdown
  19. Well, Seattle played a great game, but that's REALLY not the issue is it? http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012/writers/don_banks/09/25/replacement-refs-packers-seahawks/index.html
  20. Got outfished by another BR member last weekend. I was trying a lot of color combinations in heavily stained water. He was wackin' 'em with a 1/2 oz PBJ Mop Head. The color mattered on Saturday!
  21. Welcome back!
  22. An hour? I think I remember a two day ordeal! Had it been me, surgery would have been required.
