My new wife bought me 2 avids and 2 stradics. I will make sure that I give her a great gift for her birthday.

I forone don't believe its a big deal. They have been moved for many years and even had a plane go down with them aboard.

Say it isn't so. I guess I need to hide my fishing equipment in the house. If someone were to steal it I would be extremely ticked.

Where did you put your boat in the water. I went to Lake Ridge and it was closed due to low water conditions.

I bought my Stradics from Dicks for $79.00. I have both and there does not seem to be a difference in quality of either reel.

He needs to be banned from the NFL for a while and serve some time in prison. I think Roger Godell is doing thr right thing by trying to clean up the sport. People like Vick should learn that playing in the NFL is a priveledge and not a right. They should be hit in the pocketbook and that will help them in their decision making process. With this being said I do believe in second chances. We have all made decisions that we are not proud of. It is what we do after that truly shows your character or lack thereof.

Like all large corporations Walmart is in business for a profit$$$. They have a very sophisticated inventory system. It is my belief that if a store has been selling fishing products well that they would certainly increase the products that are selling well as well as phase out products that were not!! Just my .02

I have been on a roll lately. Two new Avid rods and two new Stradic reels. Now the crappy part, I had three gift certificates totaling $150.00 from Dick's that I have somehow lost. I guess I will have to wait a little longer on a new reel. The new wife has been really nice about my feeding the bait monkey!
