Criminals have more rights then victims that is the problem.When the menace to society have no respect for LA we as a society are sitting ducks..think about it when a ppl will just walk up to a police officer/officers that they know are armed and engage them in deadly force .us peasants dont stand a chance... What i find funny and ignorant at the same time is the same ppl out here that think we should not be able to protect our own..have fire extinquishers and carbonmonoxide detectors,,and use seat belts.logic would say why use and have them when we have fire departments and emts for our car crashes and house fires..

No screw in but i do use mistertwister keeper hooks with mine gives it a diff action then a r bend worm hook .and saves your fluke i can get about 20 fish on a fluke befor i flip it sideways then another 20

Key word was average and like glenn said distance is only important for specaility kinds of fishing.long casting is a relative term average casting is everyday stuff.average distance for me would be 30 to 50' but any given day i may only cast 20' or less.i can cast a a 1 oz zara spook on a 7' rod with 15lb bigame and a 5500 abu without the line guide 100 yrds somedays i may have to do that just to get a rockfish.but bass in ponds all about accuracy.

Dont matter where u put the handle its gonna be in the way .any.poppin or walk the dog lures get the best action with pistol grip.been there done that ..all jokes aside this aint a matter of who has the longest rod its who can.make.the most.waves lol

As long as you dont use braid and tighten your drag down with pliars u will be fine with these reels...on a diff note i still have not figured out how anyone can strip gears on any reel i mean really your drag is there for that reason maybe if your drag is locked up and you have metal on metal i can see this happen .i have seen ppl post about stripping gears in spinning reels im like WTH.they must be holding the rotor when reeling.

I see the bantams you talk of on fleebay really cheap not saying they are i had a few in my past i liked them.but on fleabay i seen them fro $10 to $20 .at that price you could buy 10 and have half for parts.

Ill.add to what Catt says ,,,not only that but line movement and rod tip movement i see and feel about the same time and it aint my reel i feel it through its my fingers ,,when i start cranking then i feel it .

Bow risers are made of mg to dampen the shock from the realease .i know it works also i have shot both and beleive me you a aluminum bow will vibrate way more then a mg for a split second

Not saying these are your intentions as u stated your just asking.in my opinion 75% of guides do it for the money and have no real clue about how to handle fishing when the goin gets tough.its like the lawn care business i see ppl come out of the woodwork in the spring and summer to make a quick buck.They do sloppy work .its a hard knock life and if your not into making ppl happy 110% then you lost the game before it even starts. Making money is number 4 on the list .making your clients happy,good equipment,bein on time and putting up with a holes is hard for anyone .but thats how you make #4 money .take the bad with the good and always realize the glass is half full

A 2" white grub with a chartruese jig and a spinner arm ,i can use just the jig or take off the grub and use live bait .im %100 positive id catch something worldwide everyday with my one lure.

I really think that there is nothing outdated about fishing.some places they dont even have rods or reels only use line and still catch fish each day to feed there family.so bein in the states there is nothing really outdated.most of us use rods and reels that puts us in the new millinium.

I have a few old rods that weigh about 2 oz.no need to upgrade

Back in the day thats all we had cabelas,gander,bps, kinda weird how something so important 30 yrs ago is bein made fun of now.i love them i used to save them to have something to look at i think i had 1984 thru 1995 cabelas,bps,gander .the memories of abu round reels for 39.99 to the morrums for 199.99. Curados for 109.99 calcuttas for 139.99. I think back then the most exspensive rods were fenwicks about $80 lightning rods were $50. Rapalas 2$ 4 pages of lures thats all we needed.all made in usa.same with line.
