I second Keitech Swing Impact Fat, nothing out there is better IMO.

Yes, it's a pop up truck camper, slides into the back of the truck. There are models made for 1/2 tons. These can be found used too.- Traveling and sleeping for early morning fishing
you might consider a pop up camper, some are made for 1/2 tons. Google pop up campers, lots of options, Hallmark (probably one of the best), Palomino, etc.- Go to spinning reel brand. best value
I vote Daiwa, best bag for the buck. I have a few Fuego LTs and a Tatula on the way.- 4” stick bait an alternative to 4” jerk bait?
Nothing compared to a Zoom Super Fluke IMO. Great action, easy on the wallet, great colors, easy to find everywhere.- Trying to explain what a bite feels like...
To me it’s all about line watching. You must pay attention to that line, the slightest movement or heavy feeling I’m setting the hook. Anything that feels different, I’m setting the hook. After some practice you can tell the difference between rocks, grass, or a perch...- Traveling and sleeping for early morning fishing
I have a truck and no-slide Northern-Lite camper. I’ve stayed in many rest areas or the side of the road the night before fishing. My rig is fully self-contained and I can do 3 days no problem without running my Honda generator. It makes fishing those farther away places a pleasure.- When not to fish for bigger bass?
I’m always after the big one, that’s why I fish. I’m trying to beat my PB every year, I either get one that’s close or at that weight. 5 lbs, 9 oz is my PB, I want to catch a 6! That being said, when I’m fishing with my wife for example, we just try to catch fish so she won’t get bored, but where there are keepers a big one can be in the midst so I’m always thinking about that next PB even then. I’ve hooked and lost a PB this year on a tube, so they are out there. That’s what it’s all about, keep dreaming and trying!! I know where that fish lives, I’ll catch it eventually.- Worm head screw lock
6th Sense makes them in 3/0, they are 1/4 Oz and intended use as shakey heads. I have them in 4/0, nice.- New to Kayak Angling
I recommend taking 2-3 rods and just a small amount of tackle. As others have said an anchor with anchor trolly is going to be helpful. I usually use whatever size rod for the techniques I’ll be using while kayak fishing. My PDL allows me to stand quite easily to cast/pitch/flip if necessary. You shouldn’t have any issues setting the hook in that yak. I think you’re going to enjoy kayak fishing. I started with a paddle kayak and loved it, and the new pedal yak is even that much better. I almost prefer fishing out of my yak.- Kayak - Trolling a bobber?
drag em on the bottom, any movement of the yak will make the bait move. You can try zman TRDs too or some of their other trailer options too.- Kayak - Trolling a bobber?
creature baits on football swinghead, plastic worms on shakey head, if you are moving a rapala, spinner, pretty much anything.- Tackle Warehouse Delays or Good?
always free ground- Tackle Warehouse Delays or Good?
Ordered Friday, shipped Monday, tracking says it will arrive Thursday.- Older green and black Cabela's bag
I have the large version and it is exactly the same, just says BassPro on it. I also have the backpack, again the same. Good quality, highly recommended. I have the medium too, it says Cabela's on it.- Is it "Jerkbait time" yet or is it still too early?
I typically always have a hard or soft jerkbait tied on. They always catch fish.- Clinch Knot?
I use the improved clinch mostly.- Cost of Line
I use Seagur on some applications and get it from Amazon, the rest I use Yozuri Hybrid, Maxima and Big Game.- Best shakey head worms?
I use Zoom trick worms the most for shakey heads.- Daiwa Tatula XT 7' MHR owners?
For that size-range, if you can swing it, get the Tatula MR-glass (TTU701MRB-G), that is my preferred rod for what you area asking. I don't have the XT in medium, only in ML and MH-glass (TXT701MHRB-G).- Daiwa Tatula XT 7' MHR owners?
If you are talking about the MHR Glass XT, I have that rod and it will launch squarebills up to 3/4ounce. I typically use my MR Glass Tatula glass rod for squarebills. The XT, I use for 5 and 6xd deep divers. It handles those pretty well.- Fall Fishing Season Is Upon Us
the weather is still too nice here to stop boat traffic, they will be around another month...- Six Must Have Lures
