here you go.......Lake Hartwell 1, Deb I had 3 small keepers today, not in last place but close enough but it was absolutely beautiful out there. Had an eagle fly over which was breathtaking. Win, lose or just fishing......I'm having a blast!!! Look out Guntersville in July

You created the monster.....you introduced her to me Thanks everyone. Practice day one was rough, one keeper. Today has been better....more bites, more keepers, including a 4lber which I'm told is a good fish for here. Hope she stays put for a couple more days. I'll go back and try to give her more kisses

The second stop on the LBAA (Lady Bass Anglers Association) tour is Lake Hartwell. I've never seen the lake but look forward to it! Greg and I will be heading out Sunday morning. I can prefish Monday and Tuesday. Tourney is Thursday and Friday. Wish me luck!

Pictures will be easy.....it's our front yard. Yep, be glad you were here last week. We're had numerous tornadoes and 12 inches of rain since last Friday!!! Think I'm glad I'm headed to South Carolina for a week to fish Lake Hartwell!

It was great to see everyone! I hate that I didn't have more time to spend with the gang but was thankful for the time that I did have. Jackie, you've got it......keep kickin his tail I'm very happy and proud of you! Maybe next time, you would consider going fishing with me ??? Keri, it was so good to get to spend the afternoon on the lake with you. I look forward to our next trip out! CWB, Ken, it was a good day on the water with you. Wish we'd have caught more fish, but I always wish that. It was great just chatting and enjoying being out there. If you get a chance to come back down, we'll do it again !!!

It was truly an HONOR to help Jackie! Just that she wanted my help was an honor. I was more than happy to share what little I did. She did the work! The look on both of your faces was priceless when you met us in the parking lot! The joy and excitement on both of your faces was pure joy!!!! I'm so happy for Jackie, that was a great catch and hopefully added a true memory that both you will cherish! I'm so happy to have been a small part of that

Pack your rain gear folks.....long range forecast is calling for some very wet days.....but NO snow this year!!! Greg and I got out for 3 hrs yesterday, I got some pics of Moors but haven't had a chance to upload them. We had 20, which the best 5 would have gone right at 16lbs. Get ready......they are hungry!!!

Go approximately 5 miles back to Hwy 68. Turn R go approximately 3 miles. Its 2754 US Highway 641 N Benton KY 42025 for all you GPS guru's If you stop in, be sure and identify yourself. I'm thinkin there may be some kind of "special" for all you roadtrip attendees. Not sure yet just what it's gonna be......waitin on the boss to tell us Believe me, I'll be happy to share the few secrets I know about KY Lake.....wait, you're only gonna be here a week, right????

The meeting room is in the Lodge. The pit is on a trailer that can be moved to right outside the meeting room. It's a pretty cool set-up. I'll be at the store part of today and on KENTUCKY LAKE (nope I'm not excited) part of the day. Let me know if there's anything I need to get done in the next couple of days. Just for general information......use your brain while you are here. Two deaths this morning at Ky Dam....boat too close to the dam, report says motor stalled and over the dam they went. Not a good way to start the year On a positive note....some good fish are being caught. Saw the pic of a 10lb largemouth caught today. Right now, the jerk bait bite has re-emerged....not saying that's what the big girl was caught on but that's all the guys bought

I'm headed to Texas in about an hour, a 13 hr drive. So yes, I love fishing, bass fishing in particular! I plan on fishing the entire tour this year. It's a GREAT bunch of ladies who love to bass fish too. We're hoping to keep spreading the word about the Ladies Tour and encourage all women to get involved in fishing. I work part time as a nurse and part time in the BEST tackle store on Ky/Barkley Lake. There are times when a guy will come in that kinda looks at me like.....what's chick doing in here. But more times than not, they are glad to have someone who knows the lake and doesn't mind helping them have a good trip on the water. Keep on fishing and keep looking for the right club to fish with, they are out there. Have a good week all.......I'm off to Lake Sam Rayburn!!!!
