  1. A Shakespeare Alpha that came with a 6'6'' rod, I used it to learn how to use a baitcaster and it held up fine but I upgraded pretty quick to a Quantum Invade which is way better
  2. Because I suck at catching them Once you figure them out you will see how fun they are!
  3. Why's that? Because they attract annoying googans? Almost every lake in Washington state has stocked trout or salmon.
  4. Dang, that's a shame hopefully you can get out their soon and catch some monsters
  5. Make sure to post the pics of the giants you catch, I want to shark fish so bad! The only "sharks" I have ever caught so far are just dog sharks which are nothing compared to big sharks.
  6. Remind me not to fish any where in Tennessee, the fishing possibilities are tempting but I am not sure about the encounters with weirdo's lol
  7. I fish this dock and in the summer people will catch me off guard fishing and start small talk and then they literally just stay their and stair at the lake not saying anything its always awkward.
  8. I had the same Rox combo and it was one of the only rods that have ever broke on me, I use the reel for saltwater and its held up fine. I'm not sure how it would hold up against catfish.
  9. If I came across that in my house I would have a heart attack.
  10. I recently read a bass pro shops catalog and they had a 100$ dollar zebco spincast reel for bass and musky. It was the first spincast I have ever seen pass 20 bucks so it was pretty surprising.
  11. Wrong, actually its the rare and elusive green bucketmouth snapper commonly found in creeks in southwestern Pennsylvania.
  12. When I saltwater fish I am mostly catch and release but I can't resist taking home a big flounder or sanddab. I rarely eat freshwater fish other trout.
  13. I have yet to hook a clam, but I have hooked crabs and starfish accidently ?
  14. Its the opposite for me, I get 100% on all my homework and do extra credit but when a quiz or test comes around my grade plummets.
  15. I fish a pond with a bunch of little dinks around that size, its funny though because they grow a few inches every year.
  16. Yesterday was a cloudy rainy day, I rode my bike to the lake to fish and guess what I did not even get a bite another time I fished in the same rainy conditions and did well. You never know until you go out and fish .
  17. You are going to have a blast, my rig is an old Alumacraft rowboat paired with a minn kota trolling motor that I got last year and I just started taking it out on my local lake this spring. Boats unlock so many fishing opportunities. I have started catching much more quality fish then ever before.
  18. I usually go a few bank fishing trips in the week, and I take my boat out every weekend. I think the longest I have gone would be a few weeks in winter
  19. I'm going to go with Berkley as well, they make lots of different types of quality gear. I have not used much of their hard baits yet but their powerbait plastics are my favorite soft plastics of all time. I also love to use Berkley gulp in saltwater and they also work amazingly well.
  20. Me and my brother are able to fish out of a 14 ft rowboat together, I stand and fish/control the trolling motor while he follows my one rule when he is in my boat, ALWAYS sit. That way I can cast over his head at any time, we also tell each other when we are going to cast.
  21. What's your favorite battle royale video game? I mean games like Apex Legends, Fortnite, Warzone, Pubg. Personally, as of now my favorite is Warface.
  22. I wish their was any species of catfish where I fish, their used to be bullheads but they were removed and replaced with trout that are stocked each year. I am not complaining about rainbow's but catfish are really cool
