Not what you thought huh. About 12+ years ago if you drank enough Dew you could get free Mt. Dew patterned Rapalas along with cavities and diabetes Have you got any lures with brands or promotions on them? Let’s see them. I’ve not been too lucky on finding them at yard sales though tons have been made.

I’m basically just gonna make what’s there bigger and dump in bass fingerlings and I’ll add minnows. My sister has a good sized pond and they did great when we stocked 2-4” fingerlings in there 2.5 years ago. This pic is my lil nephew from 10 days ago on a Yum lizard. In time he’ll have some fun there in numbers even if size doesn’t ever come. On a good day me and him can catch 5-10 there in an hour or 2. We are happy. @TnRiver46 yup and within walking distance from where I live although the plan is to move onto that piece! Yup, gonna put some steel in the dirt in the coming weeks for yote removal. Right beside the pond is their community bathroom with like 8-12 piles

Just bought 50+ acres and there’s a small pond on it which I’m gonna make bigger and make “Topwater Heaven”. It won’t be much but it’ll be mine and that’s enough!! I’m not sure yet on dimensions.

I’ve been out almost every night for the last 2 weeks doin a 2.5 mile walk, the critters have been running around like mad. I’ve been seeing raccoons and possums along with 15 deer give or take a few on different nights. Last night I had a fox run up to 20 yards of me. They are loving the Fall!

Yea here where I live the ground can be froze but streams still moving and bugs for bait be nearly non existent. I figured the rehydrated corn may get a nibble from minnows or suckers?
