  1. I'm gonna guess it's a Shimano Core. :
  2. I'll do everything in my power to help you out Ronnie by asking everyone I know if they have a motor to use. 8-)
  3. Another Steez!! That would get you $10.00 more.
  4. I live about 115 miles north of you. Stonewall Jackson is a 15 min. drive for me with the boat.
  5. I thought you were talking about Badhabit until I looked. There really is a member by that name. I remember him after seeing his avatar pic.

I think your gonna have yourself a fine looking rod. Make sure to post pics when finished.
  7. The link on the road trip for the license is under "Look who's coming" at the bottom of the page.
  8. I'm glad you told me that, I bought four packs of those last year and never used them. I ended up giving them away to Basshunter69. See how karma works out.
  9. Good, maybe you can help me out when you get that MA. ;D ;D
  10. These are as big as I can find. I'll keep looking. http://cgi.ebay.com/4-Shakey-Jigs-1-2-oz-Black_W0QQitemZ110046027285QQihZ001QQcategoryZ31690QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262 Edit to add: I found these also. http://www.***.com/descpageTERMPICASS-PSF.html
  11. You wouldn't believe how many great deals I've made on eBay because of second chance offers when the lead bidder backs out or the seller has two of the items their selling.
  12. I'm going for Gerald Swindle. I fish a lot like him...stuff strung all over the boat. ;D

Nice work. Always enjoy looking at your baits. Steal Your Face Tie Dye is still my favorite. ;D
  14. http://cgi.ebay.com/Storm-pee-wee-wart_W0QQitemZ200200890237QQihZ010QQcategoryZ794QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Let's watch and see how high they go.

The first you have shown is a low-profile reel and is easier to palm when fishing and usually lighter in weight. The second is a round reel and they generally hold more line and are usually heavier in weight. I should also add most low-profiles are a little more "sophisticated" than round reels due to external magnetic spool settings. Both have their places.
  16. I think that is a great idea. Count me in, I'm not bashful.

  18. One thing to keep in mind, you didn't forget the names or the company that makes them. I think the names are a little out there and amusing at the same time. I can't wait for the day to have a fishing partner on my boat and I catch a fish on one. The look on their face when I tell them it was caught on a Vixen in Dirty Sanchez will be priceless.
  19. Avid look alike? I never seen Avid with a fish that big. Even if yours IS cut in half Thanks for the shades Russ. I laughed my arse off. 8-) Bassn Blvd, believe it or not, that fish is only 4.6 lbs. It does look bigger because of the camera angle I guess.
  20. Here's my best Avid submission photo, fish cut in half and all. Mark me down for the largemouth competition. It's on!!!!
  21. Very nice. I too would like a small review on the Lamiglas rods.
  22. For all you big bait gurus, I just wanted to say a big thanks for the killer info in this thread. This has been one of the most informative threads I have ever read on this site. Pure gold!! 8" Mission Fish and some Ultimate Blugills are definetly in my future. The lake I fish is full of 6-8 pound bass with the occasional DD. And BTW, I read that article on Matt Newman. MY GOD!!
