What size owner cps hook are y’all using for 5” senko? 4/0?

So which hooks do you use? I am horrible at criss crossing o rings is one regular o ring fine? I’ve heard it has poor hookup

Just curious are you “criss crossing” the o rings? Or are you just using a plain single o ring and hooking it right under the bait with the hook point facing the end of the worm?

What do you guys use for wacky rigging? I’ve been using the wacky hooks with the weed guard but keep missing fishing. I’ve had no issues with regular no weedless hooks

How is this rod for Texas rigged weightless 5” senkos? Does it load up well enough or should i go down to the 3 power

Besides 3” length difference what’s the difference between the fury 704 and fury 734?

Yeah it’s not twisting around the tip or anything honestly the only reason I noticed it was because I was re tying a bait on when I got home .

Spooled my finesse rod with 15lb power pro. I’ve used this line many times but maybe I just never noticed it. Used it for the first time today straight braid no leader with a weedless ned rig. When I got home and retied I noticed the line was twisted looking/coiled. My dad said it could be because the line is still new and a little stiff from the coating. OCD kicking in should I worry about thus? Didn’t get any wind knots. Line seemed to perform ok just a bit stiff

Yeah no rubbing on metal. I’ve had Thai rod for 5-6 years but was cleaning my guides with a qtip and noticed it. Thought maybe I did something to cause it

The ceramic guide insert is “sticking up”more on one side of the guide than the other. Is this something to be concerned about? I wiggled the guide a bit and the insert doesn’t seem loose just seems uneven in the guide frame

Not sure if anyone else does it but I’ve been using the rapala shadow rap Shad as a wake bait reeled extremely slow and have been doing great with it

My Yamamoto senkos are getting destroyed just bringing the through grass. What’s the closest senko style bait that’s similar to the Yamamoto that’s more durable. I’ve heard good about bps stik o and the big bite baits

Are these hooks good for “skin hooking”the senko? They seem more like an offset worm hook vs an EWG
