Why Do People Use Right Handed Reels?
My question is " What does it Matter" . If you are out on the water fishing and enjoying yourself does it matter what hand you use . At the end of the day what ever hand you use it what is right for you so is there really an issue here because there is no wrong answer.....

Curious About Topwater
Since you are enjoying TopWater more this is what I would suggest you try in the middle of the day. Try casting just 1-2 feet off the shoreline where there is weed or pad growth that give them shade and work the lanes . Only thing is be prepared for the strike as soon as it hits the water but then again that is what TopWater is all about.

A Little League Coach
With all due respect this is not about you it is about the kids.Your name would not of come to the surface unless other parents thought you would be the right fit for the kids.A good coach leads by example and I am sure that is what they see in you. I say go for it and do not look back as I think you would do an excellent job.It is obvious that coach was about himself not the young ones who he decided to leave behind...

6'6 Rod Crankbaits
I use both 6'6" and 7'......open water gets the 7' and when closer to the shore and tight quarters it is the 6'6".

Are You A "better" Fisherman Alone Or With Others?
When I think about it I have spent more time on the water by myself which allows me more solitude and focus. However there is something to be said about busting your buddies balls while out on the water especially right after he loses a real nice one....

Giant Trolling Motor Eating Lake Monster Or Fish And General Crappy Day
After looking at your pics what a NightMare it gave away like that.I have had my W75 bent to the point I thought the shaft would snap but it never did along with no mount failure either..I would like to know how MG handles this for I have been thinking about upgrading to the Xi5....

Giant Trolling Motor Eating Lake Monster Or Fish And General Crappy Day
You can very easily not secure the mount while turning the handle. What I have learned to do is turn down the handle some and then push up making sure that little bar is seated in the cradle and then proceed to crank it down. As far as the unit being fixable I would guess you may have fried the mother board but they are no biggie to replace...
