  1. You should see her foot ware collection......you know what I mean.
  2. I keep a schematic of all my reels in a binder in clear binder sleeves.......
  3. I employ two, one is used for topwater and one is used for frogging. Very solid reel that just keeps going and going, love that DC whine.. Did swap out the stock drag for Carbontex otherwise the reels are stock. And yes I would buy another one....I also purchased a Antares HG recently and am looking forward to comparing the two...
  4. Two of my favorites are a Conquest 50DC with a NRX 802C and a Conquest 50 with a NRX 803C.
  5. I am with the last two posts.......They go both ways also Cranking or TM.
  6. TopWater or CrankBaits........Jigs are coming on strong though.
  7. Not sure what to much could be when it comes to fishing gear. However if you are starting to question yourself or you are starting to feel overwhelmed with what you have, then by all means thin the herd . On the other hand if you enjoy looking at what you have collected over the years then set up some displays of your collection. I think we all move some of what we have collected just not at the same pace that we buy it at. So when that happens there is nothing like giving it to a kid and watching their eyes bug out and that big smile on their face......
  8. Plain and simple that is reel sweet.............
  9. Some neat stuff in there,The Greaser, Carbontex Washers and Shimano Drag Grease. But whats with the Camera Lense......
  10. Check out the bearing on the spool......... If you have a reel with a spool bearing you should get a set of spool pin pliers like these.... http://www.bocabeari...PINPLIERS-Tools
  11. That was a Calais DC.....You will have to try this one "Antares HG" the next time I see you...It is reel sweet....
  12. You played with one of the "Three Amigo's", I did not have the DC spooled up yet.........
  13. Some other shots.............
  14. Then again you could always get one of these providing you do not have a problem with round reels.........
  15. Loomis SBR-752 Antares AR Trilene Maxx-12lb.
  16. You could always add DC to your request as well.....
  17. I am sure glad I do not have all these problems with the other brands Shimano manufactures.........
  18. You will know when it is in the zone..it starts to buzz . Once there use a steady retrieve. I like to fish open lanes in-between weed beds, along front edges of weed beds or just out in the open....have fun and be ready for the explosions.
  19. These guys and my avatar.....
  20. Deps Buffalo and Buzzjet Jr. are some of my favorite topwaters.......Buzzjets work their best with a slow steady retrieve, you will be able to tell by the buzzing they make.(sort of like in the zone). Colors that work may vary but for me....Purple Gill,Amagaeru and Mossback Shiner....Buffalo again a slow steady retrieve...colors Green Coach Dog, White Tiger, Chartreuse Gill and Midnight....Did I say SMB love the Buzzjet Jr. in Bone ..Hot Gill......
  21. I think he means it keeps BR from having to charge for membership. In essence the sponsors pay for it.
  22. At this juncture I use both, leaning more on split grip for finesse fishing
  23. I use these puppies with Plano CDS boxes.................. http://www.cabelas.c...%3Bcat104619780
