I have given up using all these new baits since these are what I always have luck with: Zako Keitech

I would pick Kerr lake since I have the stripper bug. I'm biased towards Jordan since I caught my PB there.

No luck throwing a lipless crank in that color last week on Jordan but they were loving chartreuse.

I switched to spinning gear last season and on 8lb invizx it makes a world of difference throwing the 110’s. Occasionally I’ll switch one hook out to get it to dive deeper but the stock hooks are quite good.

FYI: Went to Academy Sports and bought 6 red eye shad for $3.79 a piece since they price match bass then beat it by 5%

I added to my arsenal in 2016 but I will say real nice quality and paint.

Honestly I’ve never had them before but my buddy keeps telling me in the shallows I won’t spook the fish as much with the poles versus just spot lock. I do see a benefit of using them when putting the boat in the water and taking it out. I have poor money management ?‍♂️
