So, like, everything people actually want.

When I feel the bass or see the line move, I rarely RARELY ever miss a fish. When I miss fish it's because I'm not feeling them or seeing the line move. Since my results are average I have to assume I fail to feel the bite A LOT.

Here in Indiana the Spook has been my best bait this November.

These days "Black Friday" is just the name of sales throughout November.

This should no longer be a Covid thing, and I haven't seen it since that first summer with Covid. Back then we had the lockdowns and everybody was at home and out of work. By no later than fall things started to open back up and people started going back to work. I didn't notice it one bit this season. I was alone more often than not around here.

Right. The fact that there is a culture in the US that believes this is acceptable, that there are people who think this is acceptable, is sickening. That people can't think past "ur on my land, boy" (as if it's 1874 or something and they don't live in a civilized society) to realize that they're literally taking a life and ruining their own (prison) for something so petty is mentally ill.

So much talk about getting shot by some idiot for the crime of trying to float down a river and/or fish, as if this is normal. No, this is psychotic, and America is sick.

The only real finesse fishing I do is the Ned Rig. So Ned.

I use a 683c Dobyns and that's just your standard M rod (despite the MH label). I use loose drag with the bait and I reel set. 2lb and under fish are still bending these hooks. They're sharp but weak.

I keep bending them out on 1-2 lb bass. One of the trebles had a hook snap clean off the other day. Super sticky stock hooks but very disappointing strength or lack thereof. What are some good replacement hooks and in what size?

Exactly. I personally definitely don't have that superior morality for a company that makes infinitely more money than I do. Thanks for having an awesome warranty and I will surely use it.

In past years I've gone small. This year I've gone standard and plus size. I've seen more fish, not necessarily bigger fish, although I've caught several 3-4 pounders since September.

I was out for about 3 hours late this morning into early afternoon. I caught 20, and finally found some better fish. I fished from the dock and never moved off it. Not only is this the first time I've ever caught bass in November (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb are months that I just don't fish here in the North), but I got on a TOP WATER BITE (it was 34*F when I started this morning). The day started with a few on a KVD Jerkbait in the 300 size, then several on a Megabass Vision 110, and then several on a Super Spook Jr. 5 fish were not photographed; 3 sub 10 inchers, and a 2 pounder and a 1.5 pounder, both of which were shy and wanted to flop free from me and back into the water. -------------------- The prize of the day with Black Plague on its tail (3 looks). -------------------- -------------------- Good SS Jr Bass (2 looks) -------------------- -------------------- Another good SS Jr Bass (2 looks) -------------------- What a great day!

Covid has been known to sicken animals and there have been many recent reports about deer being found to be infected with Covid. It doesn't appear to impact them the same way it does humans with the hundreds of thousands of US deaths and millions of world wide deaths though.

Some Halloween Bass. I caught 8, plus another good Crappie. 3 of the 8 Bass were little 8-10 inchers so I didn't bother to get my phone out for them. Still can't find the bigger Bass, but I'll take it. Vision 110 still doing all the work. Blanked on the Jig, Texas Rig, and Spinnerbait.

Dobyns Champion XP 684c with a Shimano SLX XT 7.2:1 lefty is my favorite combo. I've had it like 2 months or so and it's just amazing.
