The Mepps #3 is awesome, I have been doing really well with the Blue fox Vibrax #4 this year, but the line twist has been crazy. I will give the Sampo size #1 a try and see if it helps.

The swivel is about 3 inches from the inline spinner. Ill check out the scientific angler swivels, thanks.

I've been using the tiny spro swivels for when I throw a inline spinner, but I'm still getting a decent amount of line twist. What brand swivels do you use to reduce line twist?

Anyone use these for cranking, I do not like anything with glass, I'm thinking about the 7'10 M Full Grip for small profile deep divers. Storm Arashi 10, it has the weight transfer set up giving it more distance on the cast.

I was a Suffix 832 diehard, but I've been very impressed with Berkley X9, I don't think I'm going back to 832.

If you can find them , the Storm Arashi 10 casts well and has a tight wobble that works well for coming through submerged brush.

Mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, I hope it doesn't arrive broken.

I never threw a 3/8 on it but the tip is pretty soft for an XH, I think 3/8 won't be an issue.

I love my Expride 7'3 XH, the Dobyns Champion Extreme 746 is a winner as well IMO.

Duel Hardcore Crankbait 3+ and 4+ are some of my favorites, Yozuri makes a similar crank, the 3DB Series Deep Crankbait, but it doesn't have the weight transfer system that duel hardcore does. That makes a lot of sense. You said it well, "the better a spinnerbait works, the shorter its lifespan." In my experience, the original Terminator T1 Spinnerbait spinnerbaits held up remarkably well and could handle plenty of fish before their performance started to decline. I was hoping there might be a worthy replacement that matched their effectiveness, but it doesn't seem like there's a clear answer. I'm going to let the Monkey order several of the spinnerbaits mentioned in this thread and put them through their paces to see which ones perform best. I am willing to spend money on quality spinnerbaits but I dont want a spinnerbait where after one fish it is toast. Which spinnerbait brands have you found to be the most successful at getting bites?

I finally broke my last Terminator T1 titanium spinnerbait, and when I went to order replacements, I realized they no longer make the T1 titanium series. For those of you who have switched to other options, which spinnerbaits have held up well and maintained their alignment after repeated catches?
